Try to cross check if their emails are spelt correctly. And no, you have nothing to be worried over if it is not sent to them.
And more importantly, make sure the referees are Professionals in the field you applied for

The way they designed the portal there is no need for submission button just go directly to print CV n print 25 copies for submission during interview if u r shortlisted.

I have Cam scanner on my phone. Should I just sign on a white plain sheet and use the scanner?

I had same issues too while I was a student there, there's high cases of missing results in Noun. You will be asked to write a letter of missing results when you complain to the admin or asked to rewrite it which is another money for exam registration again. I would advise you rewrite it if they are compulsory courses because even if it's released later, it will come as an F.

In one of the email address stated instead of me to type seoff4africa@gmail.com I typed seoffafrica which makes me receive an invalid mail as message but meanwhile the other two mails were delivered successfully. Do I need to resend to this particular mail seoff4africa@gmail.com.
