No, you don't need any guarantor again,just birth certificate,local government identification and your NIN, all to be uploaded online...check my dm for better clarifications

The new system do not require for guarantor's form... So just go with your photocopy and original documents just incase they ask to see the original... I did my biometric on 6th of this month and no guarantor's form required

They did not request for any guarantor form when I went for capturing on Wednesday at Alausa Ikeja Passport Office.

I took all my documents just in case they decide to be funny.

They didn't ask for any though mine was renewal. They asked for just the appointment slip, payment slip and application slip. I uploaded others online but still carried it along.

I will also advise you to early. Days that have less crowd are Thurs/Friday.

I just checked for appointment date and it's on the 19th which falls on Monday that use to be crowded.

I chose HQ, did my capturing on the 26th jan, picked up on 13th Feb with plenty prayers and blood of JESUS🤣. I didn't tip anybody though
