How many African countries have you visited or researched, to reach this conclusion? Stop making crass, generalised comments devoid of research. There are MANY African countries witnessing fast economic growth and infrastructural development. Go and see what's happening in Malawi, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Senegal, Kenya, Gabon, Mozambique, Namibia, Ghana, Botswana, Ivory Coast, among others. It is not only Rwanda. Africa is rising.

Hopefully African countries that has a dictator like government will be able to accomplish this. Northern Nigerians need to wake up, it should not be all about religion.
