Why New jersey or Texas? If you are on "a very low budget", I think that should be your major criteria while searching for schools and not location...lol...unless perhaps, you have some support in those two places that complement your "very low budget"

Not in that sense, but i have friends there. I don't mind other options too though

Power was stupïd to me. Then girls kept forcing me to watch it.. Anytime they have nothing to keep the story going, thet out Ghost and Angela in one room and the rest is history..
