Just reading through this tread shows me the APC supporters and appologists are the most bigoted people on this forum. The chains holding you guys is something conjured employing the metaphysical. |
SHINJACRUSADER:YOU DO NOT OWN THE LAND! I needed to scream that, maybe you'll assimilate it. Respect is reciprocal. You all should show some gratitude that the Igbos came to develop your region. Whip up all the hate you can, whip up all the tribal sentiment you want, it still won't change the fact that the Igbos are living in that region and will continue to do so until they, on their own, decide to leave. |
TheSourcerer:some people don't understand that a whole lot of changes occur in a decade or two. |
SHINJACRUSADER:You don't own any land, nobody does. As a Nigerian one is entitled by law to own properties and live in any part of the country he or she so chooses. There are a whole lot of yorubas living in the east, we don't hear the igbos chasing them out. Don't think because this is a faceless forum then we won't call you out when you goof. |
WorldRichest:Like I always say: the truth is painful. It requires a whole lot of circumspection to focus on the message and ignore the messanger. |
demmie1:Word! This is the most sensible quote I've read in the forum for quite a while now. I hope the fella you quoted can decipher. |
Exc2000:The law is no respecter of Man. What is good for the goose should be good for the gander! Why should Ekweremadu's daughter's life be more important than the victim's? I am not holding brief for the boy because he too may have had an ulterior motive from the very onset, but it becomes evil if we say overlook the actions of Ekweremadu simply because he's a senator. In fact as a custodian of the law, he should be more accountable of his actions There are still people living in places where the law is not subverted for anyone, no matter their political or material attainment! And until we do away with these entitlement mentality, we will remain economically, politically and morally bankrupt. Ekweremadu should swallow his pills like a man. It should serve as a warning to the other criminals in the Nigerian political sphere. |
May you find it under your bed as you've said! |
9182736455O1999:it becomes obvious you have no iota of science knowledge in you. Anyways, when you juxtapose that principle with chains holding down the platform as illustrated somewhere above there, you will have a fairly stable platform to live and work on. |
One down, a thousand to go. I'm proposing a faster approach: lob an improvised explosive device into the villa and another into the Senate floor to clear out these criminals. Of course the state and local level must not be left out. Then, just maybe then, we'll start our long march to development. |
I have said it before and I will still say it again: we have to kill these criminals off before we regain sanity in this country. A well timed IED lobbed into the villa and another into the Senate building will give us all the reprieve we can ever ask for. PS: The bozo above me has been zombified beyond redemption. |
Since 2019 and you're in nairaland asking for help now in 2023. I no know wetin to tell you. |
The next few days is going to be interesting, let's just keep our fingers crossed. |
In saner climes, forget about disqualification, this man should be in jail. The evidences mounting against this man are just too staggering not to prosecute. |
For your wife to comfortably hand her phone to somebody she barely knows to talk to you on an issue that ordinarily should be superprivate, that shows she has little or no respect for you and is tired of your checkmating her. Trust me, I know. And now that she has found herself in an environment where she wields some power, I honestly see her walking out of that marriage. I hope it doesn't come to that. Braceup for more of her shenanigans. |
Okiton:you get time dey reply the idiota. Their hatred for the Igbos will be their downfall like Haman against the Israelites in the bible. |
Word! |
Nigerian youths are cowards. Just imagine Wetin a few old men dey use millions of able-bodied young people dey do and none of the lazy youths are doing anything about it. Na to come for nairaland dey attack each other like the very senseless youths these old men take you guys for. God, I refuse to the back down from this sensitization. In fact I'm putting a hash tag to it. #wakeupnigerianyouths #killthepoliticians |
I have said it over and over again: there must be serious blood shedding to cleanse this country. You can't cure this country's problems by elections or negotiations, not by deliberations or consultations. What we need is the good old tried and tested method of cleansing by killing all and I mean ALL these corrupt and inhuman politicians. It's been done before in other climes and it worked. That is what we now need here. |
Awww... OP thank you. I am definitely calling my mom before today runs out. |
Fashypearl:my dear, you don't fight illegality with illegality. No matter what the girl did, slapping her was never and can never be the best way to correct her. Yes she was wrong to put on mufti in a day she wasn't supposed to, but the lecturer should have shown why he is intellectually more mature by dealing with the matter civilly than stooping low to physical assault. |
07kjb:what kind of nonsense question is this? His bloody ass has to be prosecuted for assault. |
Na him those bastarados remove history from the curriculum. Thesourcerer edakun. Oshe gan. |
Why are you telling us? Oya congrats for beating your mom. Shey na wetin you wan hear abi. Anu mpama |
. |
helinues:Are you insane? What did he say to warrant calling him out? Call me out too then. Idiota! |
Farid24224:juxtapose all he wrote against the original post. To he who's given a brain, sense is expected. |
Farid24224:juxtapose all he wrote against the original post. |
PoliteActivist:The truth is painful, but it will set you free. |
Wagwanbrethren:Just see how foolish you look defending injustice. Where in the Nigerian constitution or the UN charter does it state that you can hold somebody, no matter their crime, for 18 months without charging the person to court? Even someone suspected of murder cannot be held indefinitely without a charge. |
When we say there's something wrong with the judicial system of Nigeria some people won't understand. How can a seven year jail term be deemed punishment enough for the infliction of grievous body harm and attempted murder of two persons? Honestly, If I were the victim, that bastard will certainly get a visitation from me when he's done his time. Make dem give me my own seven years, no wahala! |
