But he said his max offer is 50$.

I've tried to let him know that 100$ is the minimum transaction that can be carried out in the Marketplace but he still insist.

Considering the fact that I'm in need of money, aside Afternic, please what other Marketplace can this be closed with less commission. Or how do yo think I should go about it.

The bin price was 4k, but the buyer made an offer of $500 which I countered with $3k, but the buyer was so sincere that they only have a limited budget of $1k which I rejected but after two days I accepted to sell it at $1k if he is going to cater for the commission fee, which he accepted the offer immediately.

Pc, But not compulsory you must have a laptop. I've used android to sell lots of domains too by reaching out to potential buyers and following up at times. Most importantly don't ignore follow ups. At times, send a brief message like where are we on this? Care to make an offer? It works. Don't just buy and put up for sale without reaching out except if it's a trending keyword.

Does gmass work on mobile or just pc?

This may work for you. Just decided to make it public. I use gmass for campaign. One thing special about it is that you will see who opens and clicks the domain you're outbounding. So recently, from those that clicked, I tried one experiment. I contacted them asking them what's the reason for not buying the domain. To me, I presumed they may be interested hence why they clicked.

Few minutes, one replied and said the price has been changed from the price I quoted. I told him yes, but if he's ready to buy it at that former price now, he can take it. He said yes. I imported lead from Dan and he paid shortly.

Guys, i made an offer on one of my domains just to see how things may look on a potential buyers point of view, to my greatest suprise, the email confirmation dan sent to me ended up in my spam folder with a warning saying that the email looks dangerous and that quote" emails like these have been used to steal people details" Maybe this is why no one has replied my 100"s of emails, not to talk of even making an offer

Tip; once sold a domain name using Twitter outbounding and DM. Contacted few companies in that field a day and the domain got sold the next day. I strongly suspected one of those companies contacted bought it. This might work for you. Name sold then was DigitaltwinAI.com. June 2023. Hoping to flip more domains with this strategy once I have enough time for outbounding

The faster way is to first point the DNS of your domains to sedo, then list...it would be verified automatically. After that, you can then point to Dan. Hope this helps

Please I need your guide. I have listed most of my portfolios on dan. And now I wish to also list on Sedo too.
But at the moment, the DNS are all point to Dan's name servers at their different registrars.

Do I still need to include sedo's name server on each of my portfolios too?

I have always listed domains separately. DAN's support informed me, when I asked after they added Afternic integration, that the distribution thing was for Standard network promotion. I confirmed this again days ago from Afternic after a domain that I had listed on DAN was said to have already been listed there.

I would suggest you list your domains separately if you have accounts with both platforms. You only enjoy Premium (extended network) promotion when you list directly on Afternic.

That way you now activate the Dan team which is more experienced to close out the deal for you.

Then you can also reply the Prospect asking for their phone number to enable your team call and guide him on how to progress. Once you get the number you send it across to Dan.

Dan closing out the sale will offer you the cheapest commission 5% via Leads

Hello bro, sorry to bother you again..my previous question has made me unable to move forward with crunchbase. For eg, I searched for Tech companies, and i could only access 5 out of over 1k companies listed...i tried the “start free trial” option so atleast i can get access to the full platform for 7days but then the requirement was to fill in a credit card details which i currently don’t possess.

Please, how did you work your way around this to seamlessly research names?
I’ll really appreciate a response to this as it’s holding me back, thank you!

There are many categories on CB but I mostly focus on Tech and Trending Tech companies because the world is going the tech way and from what I heard, tech sales in the XYZ extension supersedes other keyword sales.

So I look for a Company name I like in the tech business. I also make sure it's a 'brandable .xyz' in the sense that any tech startup can use it if not the owners of other extensions of the same name.

You can also go for other Niche but this is just my own way.

So I see a name I like, I use this website//seo//checker.com tool to check the DA, SS and those other metrics. My DA is preferably over 10 and SS under 10 but it the name is very good, I may reconsider.
