CrimeRe: California Police Kill A Black Man After Mistaken His Cellphone For A Gun. by Mobsync(m): 5:42pm On Mar 22, 2018
TheMinimalist:
Not everything has to do with skin color . He wasn't shot because he's black ,he was shot because his hand movements was mistaken as bringing out a gun. now I can show you other numerous examples of white cop killing white guy and black cop killing black guy simply based on mistaken assumptions .
even if everyone is the same skin color or race, people will kill people ,cop will harass presumed criminals based on mannerism or suspicious movements , rich will oppress poor, there'll always be rich and poor ,there'll always be favoritism based on a particular feature or qualification an individual prefers , etc.
Here's just one of such example . John Winkler , an aspiring TV producer , white male shot by cops numerous times due to mistaken assumption.I can show you 10s of others upon request.
In any case, whether or not the shooting is black on black , white on black or white on white , the American Police needs reform.

I know. I never said he was killed because of his skin color. Here is what I actually said regarding that part.

Despite what people say, they do not discriminate between blacks and whites. They shoot like it's no one business. It's just that the death of blacks tend to make the news.
From what I've read, they even kill more whites than blacks. It's just that the there is a stereotype that they kill blacks more, which is why black shootings always make the news.
CrimeRe: California Police Kill A Black Man After Mistaken His Cellphone For A Gun. by Mobsync(m): 4:19pm On Mar 22, 2018
Most of us will appreciate the Nigerian Police if we know how much American police officers kill unharmed civilians over there.

Despite what people say, they do not discriminate between blacks and whites. They shoot like it's no one business. It's just that the death of blacks tend to make the news.

And they don't even attempt to lie and call it accidental discharge like ours do over here.

Rather, they accuse the victim of one hilarious [and often false] wrongdoing that doesn't justify their excessive use of force just like in this instance.

Even if this guy had a gun, there is no reason why he should have been shot 20 times.

Rest In Peace Nigga.
HealthRe: UCH Ibadan, A Death Trap: Official Reply From UCH Management by Mobsync(m): 3:16pm On Mar 22, 2018
Exmay:
Hmmmm.... Actually, that is not correct also.
Medical personals will continue to work in their respective station until the conclusion of the coroner's investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death. This can take as much as a year sometimes. if the person is found answerable, then he/she would have to face a disciplinary panel. You can't just excuse a Medical practitioner from duty like that.
You are very right about this. In fact, this is how it happens most of the time.

But in certain instances, like this one where someone raised serious allegations after a loss of life, the affected staff is usually suspended.

This UCH incident is a very similar to another that happened in Queensland, Australia. The doctor was suspended after allegations were raised against him. The coroner investigation came after his suspension.

A Queensland doctor has been suspended after the death of a patient 10 days ago at the Murgon Hospital in the South Burnett.

The doctor was stood down over allegations that his slow response to an emergency may have contributed to a patient's death.

The doctor was on call at the time.

He has been referred to the Crime and Misconduct Commission and the death is to be investigated by the state coroner.

Just wanna answer the above-highlighted statement.
This statement is a complete lie. if all Staff in Accident emergency keeps going for leave anytime someone dies on their watch, I wonder who will remain on duty.
Even in the developed world, nobody goes on leave following a death on their watch. please don't confuse Police with Medical Practitioners.
Thank you.
I should have written under suspicious and sometimes, controversial, circumstances.
HealthRe: UCH Ibadan, A Death Trap: Official Reply From UCH Management by Mobsync(m): 11:43am On Mar 22, 2018
"...with poor compliance to medications"

This is nothing short of a poor attempt by UCH to absolve itself of any blame. Was there any internal investigation before this statement was released?

Standard practice dictates that in case of any incident leading to death, the affected staff(s) are supposed to go on paid/unpaid leave [depending o the circumstances] until investigations is concluded.

Don't be quick to judge until you know the full truth of a story. I believe no hospital would deliberately want Patients to die. So let's wait for more clarification before judging.
You won't understand what you just wrote until you are admitted to a government hospital.

Here in the SW, staff have a very attitude towards patients. Everything is about money and bribery, if not, you're getting nothing.

The staff were very friendly in the north [where I served], unlike the hostile ones here in Lagos but there were not enough equipment and facilities for them to work with.

Even the ward was crowded but they gave me a special space in their store [it's actually a ward but contains damaged and incomplete equipments] where I slept during my stay.

as much as I wana believe this story I still cant

who else sees this pic doesn't add up
I noticed it too.

The picture is most likely a fake. More like a still from a BH propaganda video, judging by its poor quality.

The top has also been cut, probably to remove the BH logo at the top.

The news is only carried by this okay.ng blog.

Bro.... I joined the Army with the hope of sponsoring myself to school... I have never had the thought of molesting anybody nor intimidating people. And God can bear me witness that I have never shed an innocent blood.... I have only served in maiduguri and presently serving in kaduna.
You already know your problem. All you need is to turn away and leave.

It will be hard especially if you have no source of income, job and skills. Family members can help you out too but not forever.

I was hoping to apply for SSC when it comes out this year and become a commissioned officer but I have already changed my mind about that. I can only go for the shortlisting but it will just be for the fun of it. I won't go even if I am shortlisted.

The Nigerian Armed Forces and paramilitary especially the Army and Police are too messed up for the NCOs. Even the so-called officers especially the junior ranks without strong godfathers and top-ranking parents are not finding it easy.

One more thing: Ignore those IPOB dudes. All they do all day is trolling around and constituting a nuisance to themselves and the forum.

Anyone with common sense should know that the letter was forged.

Even if it was true, what kind of company sacks an employee because she is married and still puts it in writing?
AgricultureRe: Poultry Business In Nigeria: How Reliable & Profitable Is It? by Mobsync(m): 10:44am On Mar 20, 2018
i use [or used, not sure if I still do] to have passion for poultry business but I seem to have lost interest in it of late. I don't think it is as profitable as most people make it seem.

We need more replies from people that are already into the business.

PhonesRe: Carlcare Website Just Got A Massive Update by Mobsync(m): 7:40am On Mar 20, 2018
CarlCare, that scammer customer service. I don't know which is more useless between it, Tecno, Infinix and itel.

Its yeye engineers are fond of slamming prices on parts. Worse is that most of them are not even knowledgeable about what they do.

To prove how useless they are, their site isn't even opening.

And those tomtoms shouting "wow" "wow" up there like sirens, have you bothered opening the site?

Am a good writer I will help you write a good content
(0-8-1-30-76-73-57)
You need to know the difference between "I am", "am" and "I'm", if you want prospective clients to take you seriously.

I'm is the contracted form of I am the same way can't and shouldn't are the contracted forms of cannot and should not.

So it should be I'm a good writer or I am a good writer and not am a good writer.
FamilyRe: Cenderella Nana: Divorce Party Of Egyptian Woman Got People Talking by Mobsync(m): 10:53am On Mar 19, 2018

Hmm.

Have you noticed after most divorce case the female folks celebrate because they think that they are free from the man not minding what's next. And they tend to present themselves as a victim to the cause of the divorce.

Another is that tend not to be in a stable relationship afterwards.

After in the divorce is not the solution but planning should be next because you don't know the next person
That's how most women behave. They are usually quick to claim victim.

The fact that she bothered having a divorce party is enough evidence that she is pained.
FoodRe: Would You Eat Green Or Blue Chicken Eggs? by Mobsync(m): 10:46am On Mar 19, 2018
I first read about blue and green chicken eggs about five years ago.

Besides the color of the shell, they are no different from the regular brown eggs. The nutritional value of a chicken egg is dependent on the food the chicken eats and not the color of the egg.

EducationRe: OAU Students Pay N90 For Accommodation Per Year ―vice Chancellor by Mobsync(m): 7:16am On Mar 18, 2018
The money is small and wouldn't be enough to maintain the hostels.

But the problem is this: will an increment in hostel fees guarantee an improvement in the situation of the hostels?

I mean confirmed improvement and not some eye-service renovation works.

If no, the fees should be left alone. If yes, it would be increased.

Nigerians are not against an increment in fees most of the time.

It's just that most increments are just increments and not utilized towards the improvement of whatever product/service it was paid for.

This statement is funny even though it shouldn't be, considering the topic. grin

I saw an accident tonight too.

I don't know what happened but a tricycle (keke marwa) was in the gutter, lying with its side, and there was blood stain in its front, around that side that the front passenger sits.
