I'm part of a team carrying out a market research on some ladies shoes. I want the ladies (and gentlemen) in the house to look at these shoes and tell me which one they like (and why). The shoes are numbered 1-5. So your answer would be something like 2, 1, 5, 4 , 3. And if you have the time, you can tell me the reasons for your answer. Thank you.

pomide: After Getting into an Argument about what rank a NDA short service student graduates with, I saw browsed this piece online and decided it could help people who might need it.
So here it is... the Nigerian Military Hierarchy.
FIELD MARSHALL – The highest rank in the Nigerian military hierarchy is Field Marshal. But this term has never been used practically in Nigeria, means no Nigerian has ever attained this rank ever.
GENERAL – The highest rank practically attained in the Nigerian military hierarchy is General. Full General is basically a four star rank with NATO ranking OF – 9.
LIEUTENANT GENERAL – Lieutenant General Rank is a high commissioned officer rank sub ordinate to General rank with a NATO ranking OF – 8, a three star rank in Nigerian military hierarchy. Major General – A medium commissioned officer rank with a NATO ranking OF – 7 and a rank higher to Brigadier. This is a two star rank in Nigerian military hierarchy.
BRIGADIER – With a NATO ranking OF – 6, this is one star rank in the Nigerian military hierarchy. Colonel – Rank lower to Brigadier is Colonel, referred as Colonel of regiments. A lower level commissioned officer rank and highest field officer rank with ranking OF – 5.
LIEUTENANT COLONEL – Deputy to Colonel is Lieutenant Colonel, a middle level field officer rank with ranking OF – 4.
MAJOR – The lower level in the field officer category is Major, a rank higher to Captain and lower to Lieutenant Colonel with ranking OF – 3.
CAPTAIN – The next rank in the hierarchy is Captain, the highest rank in the tactical organization of troops with ranking OF – 2.
FIRST LIEUTENANT – First Lieutenant acts as a deputy to the Captain. Term Lieutenant refers to ‘substitute’ to immediate superior rank with ranking OF – 1.
SECOND LIEUTENANT – Second deputy to Captain is Second Lieutenant, sub ordinate to First Lieutenant with ranking OF – 1.
MASTER WARRANT OFFICER – Next rank in the Nigerian military hierarchy is Master Warrant Officer, an expertise leader who maintains, operates, manages as well as administers the military’s equipments.
WARRANT OFFICER – Warrant Officer handles all the tasks of a Master Warrant Officer in his absence and acts as an assistant to the same.
STAFF SERGEANT – Sub ordinate to Warrant Officer, Staff Sergeant is a senior non commissioned military officer.
SERGEANT – A junior non commissioned military officer sub ordinate to Staff Sergeant in the Nigerian military hierarchy.
CORPORAL – A corporal is an officer who is in charge of a body of certain troop.
LANCE CORPORAL – Lance Corporal means officer of lowest rank.
RECRUIT / TRAINEE – The cadets who have just joined Nigerian military are at the lowest level of the Nigerian military hierarchy.
NDA SS graduates comes out with First or Second Lieutenant depending on your grade.
Nice one there. But a colonel is referred to as a fairly high ranking or middle ranking commissioned officer and not a lower ranking as you said. The same also applies to a sergeant who is a middle ranking non-commissioned officer.
I also think there are three ranks of warrant officers and not two as you stated. Army warrant officer, master warrant officer and warrant officer. Nda cadets who entered through the regular and short service courses (army only) are made 2nd lieutenants. They are combatants.
Those that enter through the direct short service are non-combatants and are made 1st lieutenants.
Nda cadets are called officer cadets while other non-commissioned cadets are called cadets or recruits.
You also missed the rank of private. It is above recruit and below a Lance corporal.
This topic: "South African Mercenaries' Secret War On Boko Haram" recently made front page on Nairaland (https://www.nairaland.com/2308706/south-african-mercenaries-secret-war). According to the article, Nigeria hired South African Mercenaries to fight Boko Haram in the northeast. This claim is false. The fact is, the South African company- STTEP, headed by Eeben Barlow, was contracted to train the 72nd Mobile Strike Force: a special forces unit of the Nigerian Army. STTEP was not contracted to fight Boko Haram. Eeben Barlow also commented on the article, long before it appeared on Nairaland. He explained that the person who wrote the article lifted it from a website and added his own part to it. He posted the replies on Nigeria's topmost military blog: beegeagle..
I also added some screenshots of his reply. He posted with the name Eeben. Please we should all disregard any from of propaganda, either foreign media houses or local media houses. The fight against Boko Haram is a Nigerian military victory and not that of any foreign military, militia or mercenary group.

Check SARS at Ikeja. They are known to pick up people at random and lock them up without allowing them to contact their families.
Burntcoal: eleventhed. my problem is the age barrier they tell us 18-22. aw do people like me who have passed that age serve my country.
You can join through the Direct Short Service Course (DSSC). They accept from age 22-35 (not really sure of the 35). however, you'll be a non-combatant. engineer, accountant, lawyer, teacher etc.
You can also join through the short service course (army only). you have to be between the ages of 24 and 29 and would be a combatant. but its only for the army.
besides, I think the air force is presently recruiting for direct short service course.

Hello! paid 14010 into my Chrisvic account today for my last shipping. Please fund my account as soon as possible because I am sending my bro to your Alaba office tomorrow to collect my items.
After collecting it, I would inform you so that you can deactivate my account. I don't have Victor's Whatsapp no and I don't want to have it since he would also be ignoring me just like you do.
My username is Moshbakare and I have filled the form on your site.
Those of you that are interested in editing your photos to make it sharper and also meet pixel recommended by Konga (500x500) can do it here: http://www.freeonlinephotoeditor.com/
To edit to the recommended pixel, click "BROWSE," to upload image and then click "OK."
The click on Basic> then Resize, to resize the image. (When resizing, unclick on the "Keep aspect ratio" else your image won't be 500x500 pixels.)
Then click on Apply
You can also sharpen your images by clicking on Basic then Sharpen/Blur.
You can also crop (cut away unneeded parts) by clicking on Basic, then Crop.
To save, click on file, choose your desired format then save. Or right click and then click on "save image as."
I called Konga about it and I was told that it might have been due to poor network (on my side). I went to another Cyber Cafe and I was able to upload the photos.
I think you need very good internet connection to be able to upload photos.
Chrisvicmall: You are quick to call us all sorts of names and even accuse us of not giving you update since you placed your order meanwhile your order shows that you placed order on 19th of January and the system shows that you were told that the estimate delivery time is on 7th of January. Besides your order also shows that you were informed when the goods reach our China office. If we are lying, please take a snapshot of your purchase history and post it here. You said that we cut your call. Please when and what time did you call? You said that your Whatsapp wasn't reply please check the time you sent the Whatsapp message and cross check with China working hour. Your goods is ready for collection and if you haven't receive any call, please contact Nigeria office. Hopefully the name callings will stop. Have a nice day
What am I saying and what are you saying?
You informed me when the goods got to your Chinese office, agreed. I never said you didn't. what I'm saying is that you refused to answer my mails and messages. you also cut my calls and thereafter refuse to pick.
you are here asking me the time I called, I believe your phone shows the time beside your call log, you can check that. on the whatsapp, I believe whatsapp messages remain in the phone irrespective of the time it was sent, so what do you mean by "working hour?"
My major grudge with you is that you never replied my messages, cut my calls, ignore my sms and wstsapps and never updated me about my shipping fee. so what exactly are you saying?
I called your office yesterday and I was told that my goods weren't there. and you yourself just sent my shipping fee to me today, after the items has arrived. so what are you still saying?
just tell ifeanyi or whatever you call him that I am not paying any demurage on my goods if they spend more than two days there, cos everything happening here is your fault.
Today would be the last and final (business) relationship between the both of us. your service has become totally bad and unreliable these days. anyone doubting me should check the last three pages. I'm even sure that you wouldn't have replied this message of mine of mine if it wasn't a public message.
After I collect my goods from your office, I would inform you so that you can deactivate my chrisvic account.
You this arseho.le called Chrisvicmall. And your nonsense advert here on Nairaland is saying "Your days of unnecessary waiting is over," meanwhile you are doing the exact opposite.
Keep cutting my calls. Dont answer my mails. Keep ignoring my texts and pretend as if you did not see my whatsapp messages. Keep dragging the name of you and your dirty shipping company in mud.
maxibrainz: I am very disappointed with your company Chrisvicmall, worst shipping company I have ever used, you guys shipped my goods on the 26th of last month, I used normal shipping and till now I have not received my goods, just giving one story to another, you guys ain't coordinated you call one person he tells you a different story, you call another person he tells you something different, my goods got to Lagos on the 7th of this month according to your claims, you told me there were some custom issues, that it would be cleared later, till now my goods have not been cleared, I am just totally disappointed with you guys, I ordered some printer cartridges bought from Alibaba and sent to your company
blackprowler: Chrisvicmall is not a good service anymore. I won't reveal who I am and am glad they can't stop this comment. My only hope now is that I get my goods from them safely. I shall begin a search for alternatives
JumzeesSkincar: CHRISVICMALL are now a FRAUDSTER , you place Orders, they won't deliver them, they don't responds to emails, they don't answer your messages on Whatspp, you call they won't answer your phone calls. All of them VICTOR, ELENA, DUKE, and the ones in Nigeria Ifeanyi. By the Time I arrest Ifeanyi and close down their shop, they will know am very very serious....
Pearl007: jumzee i thot it was just me they did there madness with , such an irresponsible company . They will ignore u and not deliver ur item , collect ur money and not credit ur account . it took me confisticating a clients goods frOM IFEANYI for me to b sorted . victor and elena will ignore yet u will c them online . not to talk of that criminal ifeanyi . ive had my own fair share of drama from that company berra wash ur hands of them ones u collect ur goods .
These are just few of the complaints on this page. This alone shows that I am not the only person complaining about this super-useless God-damned shipping company called Chrisvicmall.
Let my goods not arrive before elections and you would see what would happen.
Chrisvicmall or whatever you call yourself, if not for the fact that I have used you before, I would have started calling you a scammer. Your service is poor and very unreliable, to say the least. Your customer service is zero and nothing to write home about.
I ordered some items from 1688.com via Chrisvicmall and up till date I don't have an update on my goods. The shipping cost has not even been sent to me. I sent several messages (via email, phone and whatsapp) and you refused to reply. All I get from you everyday is one nonsense mail telling me I owe you 1,500.
I even called you this morning and the best you could do was to cut my call and after that, you refused to pick. The last two times I used your super-unreliable service my goods were delayed, one up to four weeks.
The first time, you blamed it on Hong Kong crises. The second time, you blamed it on Nahco and made me lose my target market (i.e. university students). Up till now, I have not even sold one third of the powerbanks I imported.
And now, you have started again. Messages, you no longer reply. Calls; you cut and refuse to pick. Then my goods would start arriving at the end of February and you would tell me it is Nigerian elections that caused the delay.
Please and please, i am sick and tired of incompetence and unreliability. You cannot be using your shoddy services to delay my own life. Send me my shipping fee, ship my goods and let the both of us end our relationship, FOR LIFE.
