it amazes me how people especially the Igbos cant see what Tinubu is using his boys to do? They eat and dine with Fulani Buhari in the open, share all the juicy posts and projects, then try to instigate fight between the SS and SE with the North, then go behind and still fund the discontenment in these Southern Zones. Who will gain if the North is blackmailed into handing power to the North? They made this type of crying all through the time of Abdulsalam until the whole country accepted to allw them be president. These people are back now to cry of Fulanization. Pls ask them where was all this noise before the 2019 elections? please my South South and East peps, enough of this noise joor. Fulani is.not bad, they are infact more better than Tinubu in power. Anyone that is crying of Fulani dominance should go to the bush and face them, or better still if any Yoruba mab has problen with Fulanization, he shoukd go to Tinubu or Osibanjo and tell them. You claim to be a leader of a party and the man you erstwhile anointed was misbehaving without remorse - he was owing salaries, demoting civil servants, not implementing promotions, compulsorily retiring civil servants at will and owing pensioners for months, and lots more. But Goodluck never one day called him to order.

Dickson has been a course to Civil Servants and Jonathan’s indifference birthed it all.

PoliticsHOW Convicted Fraudster Femi Gbaja Became Femi Gbajabiamila. by Modarun(op): 1:13pm On May 25, 2019
It is no longer news that the Representative now angling to take over the Speakership position of the House Of Assembly Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, has been exposed as a fraud who admitted to theft of his clients funds while serving as an attorney in the U.S. State of Georgia. What is news is how he sort to conceal his shaddy past.
Femi Gbaja as he then was known later resurrected as Femi Gbajabiamila in a desperate attempt to hide his fraudulent past and now positioning himself as an integrity activist and worthy candidate for Speaker in the House of Representatives.

The punishment for Femi Gbaja’s offence would have been outright debarment, however he played dead before a full panel of the Supreme Court of Georgia led by Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears, before the court could rule on the petition from his client, he filed a petition for Voluntary Discipline, filed under bar rule 4-227(b) in which he fully admitted to stealing $25,000 from his client.

NAME CHANGE.
The name Femi Gbaja being the name he was being referred to in the case file, accepted payment of $25,000 as a personal injury claims and deposited those funds in his attorney trust account in January 2003. He failed to disburse the funds to his client; instead he withdrew the funds, closed his practice and left for Nigeria where he ran for elections to represent Surulere I Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representative under the banner of Alliance for Democracy (AD) in 2003. Upon arrival in Nigeria, curiously, Mr. Femi Gbaja added another name to avoid detection, he is known in Nigeria with a compound name “Femi Gbaja-Biamila”.

SCHOOL ADDRESS CHANGE.
A cursory look at his bio on the website of the National Assembly ( www.nassnig.org ) also betrays his crooked intention to avoid detection, while he gave his undergraduate degree college as the University of Lagos; his US education was shrouded in mystery as he claimed to have attended John Marshall Law School, USA. True, Mr. Femi Gbaja is a graduate of John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia and was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in June 2001 but in the United States alone there are two of such law schools, one in Chicago and another one in Atlanta, Georgia where Femi Gbaja graduated.

There you have it!

as it stands it means APC didnt field any candidate in that election, so therefore, anyone that voted APC vote has been nulled. The time frame to conduct primaries has passed, thus the SC said APC didnt conduct any primaries, cos the primaries that produced their cabdidates were null and void. Let them go.back to try their luck. I trust the SC to put them in.their place. What is even giving all these our Yoruba brothers the confidence judging all the Zamfara people have expereinced since Buhari won election and the way he ognored the killinga until they started protesting that Zamfara people will vote APC again? hehehhe Una eyes go soon.clear.

PoliticsFemi Gbajabiamila Among Top Nigerians Convicted Overseas by Modarun(op): 11:33pm On May 24, 2019
This is a story by Usman Jamilu Rahman written from Atlanta Georgia, United States of America. The writer happens to live in Atlanta, Georgia, where Femi Gbajabiamila was convicted for stealing an accident victim’s insurance claim of $25,000 before 2003, when he became a national lawmaker in Nigeria.
Notable Nigerians convicted abroad include Femi Gbajabiamila, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, Umaru Dikko, James Ibori, Godwin Opara, Bukola Oriola and many more, for various crimes and offences
Nigeria’s image in the international community is terribly, bad and scary, due to financial scams, looting, drug trafficking, fraudulent deals, among others.
Many well meaning Nigerians who travel abroad often times meet with embarrassing situations where they are perceived to be corrupt once they are identified as Nigerians.
The most disgraceful and worrisome case in all these international crimes involves Femi Gbajabiamila, who represents Surulere 1 Federal Constituency and Leader of the House of Representatives, now aiming to be the Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives.
Gbajabiamila has managed to keep his conviction under wraps and has since enjoyed the privilege of making laws for the Nigerian people since 2003.
It would rub off negatively on the rest of Nigeria if a man convicted for acts described as “willful dishonesty” by the Supreme Court of Georgia, United States of America, eventually becomes the Speaker of the Nigerian House of Representatives.
In a statement of grievance filed before the Supreme Court of Georgia by one Mrs. Hadyyatou Barry, Femi Gbajabiamila acting on information he stumbled on, proceeded to impersonate and pose as a lawyer to Hadyyatou Barry, signed for and received insurance claims monies in cheque for the sum of $25,000, cashed same into his trustee’s account, withdrew same and fled to Nigeria in the wake of 2003.
Meanwhile, the accident victim, Mrs. Hadyyatou Barry who lost one eye, seven teeth, two broken legs in the accident was left with no money and access to medical treatment, to wallow in complete penury.
Despite frantic attempts by Femi Gbajabiamila to cover his track over the years and recently, one Hon. Abdulmumuni Jibrin, who is alleged to have petitioned the Supreme of Georgia to seal off the records of proceedings where Femi Gbajabiamila pleaded guilty to acts of willful dishonesty, Nigerians and the world still have access to details of the embarrassing conduct of a man who has become one of Nigeria’s known legislators.
The ascension of a man convicted by the Supreme Court of Georgia in the United States of America for alleged impersonation, fraudulently cashing a cheque and embezzling proceeds of an accident victim’s insurance claims money to the exalted office of Speaker, Nigerian House of Representatives will definitely remind the international community and the world at large that Nigeria and Nigerians are fantastically corrupt.
Stories about Nigeria read, watched and heard abroad are often about vices, such as corruption, looting, drug trafficking, financial scams, fraudulent deals, crimes, kidnapping, Boko Haram insurgency, militancy in the oil-producing areas, negative politicking, mass hunger, mass illiteracy, and poor hygiene, among others.
Many well-meaning Nigerians who travel abroad often times meet with embarrassing situations where they are perceived to be corrupt once they are identified as Nigerians.
Former British Prime Minister, David Cameron took a swipe at Nigeria while having a conversation with the Queen of England and other notable British leaders just ahead of an international Anti-Corruption summit held in London.
In a video that went viral across the globe, David Cameron was heard describing Nigeria and Afghanistan as “fantastically corrupt” countries.
Flowing from David Cameron’s fantastically corrupt remarks about Nigeria, a renowned CNN correspondent, Nick Robertson described the situation as “embarrassing” for Nigerians.
When asked, President Buhari admitted to waiting journalists that Nigeria was indeed corrupt as he made his way to the said Anti-Corruption summit.
Many Nigerians are languishing in jails across the world for various embarrassing crimes that continue to dent and pull down the image of the country.
Crimes ranging from financial crimes, Internet scams, insurance frauds, impersonation, forgery, drug trafficking, love scams, money laundering and many more, have earned many Nigerians convictions in many countries of the world.

PoliticsRe: It Will Be Hard For An Igbo Man To Be Nigeria President by Modarun(m): 9:54pm On Apr 04, 2019
maryjames9:
I bet to disagree with your assertion. I believe in this life, nothing is impossible. Nothing ventured, nothing earned. I believe an Igbo man can be become the president of this country if the igbo put their heads together.

One strength that igbo and the South south have is that you go in the same direction all the time when it comes to deciding who becomes your leader. Your voting pattern is almost always predictable. You vote massively for PDP both for presidency and Governorship election. That is your strength. You can use this strength to your advantage. Negotiate and lobby the PDP to produce a candidate from your zone in the 2023 election and vote en-mass for him. Find a good, generally acceptable, accomplished, honest candidate and support him massively.

Furthermore, negotiate with other zone especially the South West PDP and even APC. Southwesterners would vote for a candidate they feel is credible and a man of great performance. Tinubu and the likes will not take this but from time immemorial, voting pattern of South westerners are not known to be one-sided. They usually vote based on issues and performance than party affiliations or loyalty to a political figure. Remember, Obasanjo lost gallantly his presidential election in SW his home. Who say, Tinubu or Osinbanjo or whoever SW produce come 2023 will win SW.

Then the north is where you have work to do. APC will likely produce a South Westerner as presidential candidate come 2023. You have 75 percent SS, 90 percent SE, SW split between APC and PDP as usual, PDP has made inroads into North, seeing by the strict competition to get the gubernatorial ticket. The deciding factor Buhari who command staunch follower is no longer in the race. North voted massively for him because they see him as a honest and sincere man. Buhari is out of the picture, so the coast is clear.

Finally, without strategic planning and having no united front, you will lose PDP to Northern candidate come 2023. Igbo can produce Presidential candidate if they get their acts right. There is so far no serious negotiation going on in producing a common front for a Igbo presidential candidate under PDP that I know of now, except for the barrage of hatred, insults, character assassination and denigration of certain SW individual and the generality of Yoruba population by the igbo. This will not get you the presidency. Your hatred to the Yoruba and Hausa online as well is not helping. Who knows an igbo presidency will change the economic fortune of this country up north like Trump has been doing. For me, I am a Yoruba and I honestly do not give a damn who becomes president, so long the individual have a Trumplike magic wand in the economic development and such a person is able to tactically deal ruthlessly with saboteurs, corrupt Nigerians across board.
keep decieving yourselves. What negotiation did yoruba man do to get the PDP ticket? the entire country agreed that sw should be president, thats why Obasanjo and Falae emerged in the end. And when the North wet awol in other to return power to the region the SS and SE disnt.look at the advantage of producing the Presidency if they renegade on the agreement then, thus still supported Obasanjo just as Yorubas did too. Bit today the Yoruba man is running up and down insisting that Ogbos should not be president. How about the Tinubu pick out one of their Igbo fellowers, we have an Ogbona and Ngigi, like they did in PDP back then, but noo ooo una must have it all. Your region have benefited morethan even the North west thats in power, have the VP spot and still want to be president at the detriment of other regions. bros, South East have.not been president for 50, North East has never produce presidenct beforr in ot history, your people have gotten presidency for 8 straight years, VP for a potential 8years and you enjoyed the best projects the APC govt has to offer ywt your greed wont let you see road.. Yoruba man will not be president come 2023, go and.mark it o. APC will split up, Buhari will as usual stand aside and say his hands are tied. The 2most formidable politician in the North after Buhari are in PDP kitty. Heheh your reverse psychology kole werk.

Owerri is a fload prone area, there is floading in Akwa Ibom despite their good roads and drainage so snap out of it and lets see what Ihedioha has to.offer. one.thing is sure, he should be very mindful not to make thesame mistake that brought shame to Okorocha, ignoring Orlu and Okikwe part of Imo, as it is Owerri shpuld be the last place he should worrry about.
