I hate APC with passion and will continue to do, even if they turn Nigeria to America within 4 years.

Unless Tinubu is ready to stop stealing our common wealth in grand style and professional way.

So because he's not pledging his allegiance to APC, therefore he's not a Yoruba man? It's safe to call him, Anonimi and HzRF iPods right? Please desist from this your reasoning cuz it's not healthy...
Not everything is to be seen through partisan colouration, there is something called tribal pride & unity... I have seen the way you champion your tribal sentiments so spare me the BS...

You will never find him when the news about Yoruba (NOT APC or PDP matter) is positive & uplifting, but once it is negative, he struts out in all his glory..... At the end of the day, no one cares about his unoriginal opinion..

The day you don't defend your culture & your people is the day i'll take your word serious & agree that Firefire is actually Yoruba...

& as i will always say, when the tone of discuss is not "healthy" , i will waka pass cos i don't owe anyone any apology or explanation for my opinions & beliefs just as it is applicable to you & everyone....

WaffenSS:
Simmer down.

You and the OP are both wrong. Bail must be paid to the courts. Else what happens if the evidence of the money is shown, the court releases the suspect, and the surety later uses the money during trial?

Even in the cop shop you pay cash to be bailed.
Oga, we dont know who is on the other end on the internet so we need to always exercise caution when we argue, not everyone on NL is ignorant..

Moreover, you don't have any idea about what you are arguing about....

Would have taken the pains to educate you if you were eager to learn but all you are interested in is punching holes in something you don't even understand, so stay with your thought process.....

Police collect cash to bail cos we are in a country where processes are abused & everything is upside down...

Metuh's Sureties will not pay anyone a farthing, they will only surrender Property Title Docs that have the same value as the amount in each bail condition....

If per adventure, sureties are using cash, (which is 100% unlikely cos who will admit to having 200m cash without commensurate income streamhuh?) it will be in accounts that will have PLEASE DO NOT PAY order so no transaction will be possible on the account till the case is concluded...

All i will tell you is to research before jumping wildly into mentions, it is not a good look!.... Thank you...

What PDP should emphasize is to de-emphasize confrontational statements with the ruling party in order to change the narrative.
‘‘Candidates should come down to the level of the electorates and have handshake with them,‘’ he added.
The convener of the workshop, Mr. Deji Adeyanju told vanguard that the essence of the workshop was to gather party members to discuss how they can communicate better via social media platform,
They are never likely to heed this admonition, they keep missing it by claiming they are playing the game of an "eye for an eye." smiley

Always seen to be supporting corrupt practices, evil acts, also refusing to accept wrong doings , & seeking restitution...

Deji Adeyanju is one of the most confrontational elements ever . Has been known to put both feet in on a number of occassions!!! He also lies per second billing..

A few hours to the expiration of President Goodluck Jonathan’s tenure, papers for a huge rice import quota worth billions of Naira were rushed in for the president’s accent, ostensibly as parting gifts to cronies and businessmen close to the power corridor.
A state House memo dated May 27, 2015 and obtained by PREMIUM TIMES conveyed the President’s approval of another memo forwarded to him only a day earlier by his Vice President, Namadi Sambo.

Politics › Re: What Bail Conditions Really Mean by modath(f): 5:01pm On Jan 22, 2016
Geist:
what do you mean by bail been traditionally properties? Where did you get that from? A bail is what the court says it is. If the court says money, then so be it. If it says properties, then so be it. Courts usually give options of properties in like sum for those who don't have cash but have properties that can stand in for the cash. More like a collateral. The issue with the OP is not what is paid (I.e weather cash or property) but when it is paid. The OP claims the cash or property is paid if the accused jumps bail as against before been released on bail. No accused will be released until all bail conditions are met.
Let's agree i don't know what I'm saying & the SANs are wrong cheesy , the whole cash is even 200+300m , the other conditions are in PROPERTIES...

Go and read both judgements again..
