I dunno why federal roads in Lagos are taking eternity to construct. Example Badagry expressway and abeokuta expressway

Cos FEC has to sit & jaw jaw on it for months...
In saner climes, road construction is broken down to districts to manage, that way the bottleneck of approval/control is effectively managed...

Party politics is why the road also took forever.
