3 - 4 years ago, dhtml was building a framework at the time I was building mine too. I used to visit in stealth mode just to keep tab.
if you know what it means to build a framework in php, you would duff cap for anything dhtml.

Most websites are not beautiful because most people jump into web development without proper web design grounding.
Bootstrap 3 has made web design simple. With bootstrap 3 you don't need to worry about mobile and other device screen size compatibility, it takes care of everything. it has already written CSS and JavaScript codes. just call them from HTML - simple?

population of traders there. The flight of many
of them back to their villages in the "Igbo
heartland" in Eastern Nigeria where they felt
safer was alleged to be a contradiction for
Gowon's "no victor, no vanquished" policy,
when at the end of the war, the properties they
left behind were claimed by the Rivers State
indigenes.

However, single column view is different from small screens, we have tested it on small/tiny java phones, it performs well.
Single column view demands that you write an entirely new CSS for screen readers only, which we are not ready to do this month.
So we use CSS 3 to detect such troublesome settings and advise the user accordingly until we at able to do a layout for that settings.
