As for the OP it’s good the trans woman has the individual right to report, if it’s a frivolous case (which it is) it will be thrown out. That’s what a liberal and progressive society does, we fight for the individual right of all not some. The photographer also has the right to contest it and the police is there to serve the society.

This is news because it involves a trans woman, straight people also report ridiculous sh!t to the police. The police is open to everybody to report a perceived crime. It’s nothing new, when and if the photographer is arrested and charged, then it deserves outrage.
