so do you feel prenuptial signed agreements that define clearly certain things in the home can work? i feel like if she signs that whenever she willingly brings herself to my bed, she is indicating consent for touching , it could help cure this madness. some women may try to trap one into touching by presenting their seductiveness at close range.

So, there's this new VAPP law, which is said, seeks to expand rape to include inappropriate touching of a spouse.

Potentially long jail terms are in the offing, and the vagueness of the law makes it all but impossible that people would run four of it.

The burden of proof is reduced to a voice evidence from the accuser that they were touched inappropriately, and a valid and Potentially strong rape case is in the works.


This is clearly a matter that could have far reaching consequences for family life. I personally don't see how this law can be a good thing. But you're entitled to your opinion.


What I'm after in this thread is to explore ways in which the effects of this law can be mitigated or eliminated.

First of all, i have a question, marriages not contracted under common law, what is their status? Are they subject to some of these laws? Church marriage without registery involvement can issues around it be taken to courts?


Secondly how does a signed agreement by both parties at the outset of the marriage help ? Like say I tell my wife you have to sign that whenever you bring yourself to my bed you have automatically given me consent to touch you how I like.


Could such prenuptial agreements help us exercise control over these types of satanic laws?


I really think marriageis trying to go extinct despite all efforts to save it.
