This AD thing is really frustrating but please let's all calm down.
1. I don't think the AD purge thing is a myth, today is Oct 2nd and the embassy was closed yesterday (and will be closed tomorrow). So they may purge today and start giving out dates from Friday or they may purge this week and start giving out dates from next week. Let's just keep hoping and praying.
2. In my humble opinion, there's absolutely nothing wrong in booking for AD before receiving AL. As long as the embassy permits it then you can do it. The key is to cancel on time if you don't receive AL.

I have not seen any advice from you rather you are looking for whose question to attack and call rude.. Uncle none aggressive fellow.

I tried another booking for the same categoryB but it says my passport number entry has to be unique, that a different appointment with the same booking as been made. I believe they referring to the categoryB booking a made in august. Does anyone have update about the reshuffling they talked about? I dont know if in to cancel the previous one because it says I have an entry with my information, maybe they will still give somebody date( kin ma lò fi òwòmi sey arami. Resumption date I had on the previous application is over. Anyone with same issues? Anyone with a way out?

I announced the TUM application when it started on 1st September. You can scroll through my posts and confirm.
Calling someone wicked when it's obvious that you don't read through the thread is flabbergasting.

I suggest you join the rebooking queue...because if truly the data purging happened..then your September booking must have been flushed with it. Epele sir I didn't mean to spoil your mood oh. We are all in this situation

Technically it is. The embassy usually starts interviewing summer applicants from November. Some schools have released ALs for summer already.
I am of the opinion that the embassy may change the booking system for summer (THIS IS MY OPINION, NOT FACT). They may go back to the online or email booking system.

I booked an appointment initially around june and i had to defer my admission due to no appointment date.
so i cancelled and booked again an appointment on sept 3rd with january 2020 as enrollment date but i'm yet to get AD. Should i cancel and re apply or i shld keep waiting.

Secondly, should i go ahead to fund in anticipation of my AD?.Please i would be expecting replies because i'm really worried. Thanks

If you're successfully enrolled them cancel your previous booking and book under Category B with December/January as start date. October 1st is next week oo. I advise you wait until next week before rebooking because the embassy said they'll purge the system at the end of September.

Damn God is great � just got a call. It’s been a long story. My transcript is so long.
I never took my admission process to serious and later became serious after my interview. Den I travel for a job where there isn’t network for communication. I’m so great I had the news about my AM from my brother and he did the needful and today I’m home just got my Visum in my hands. It’s really a long story I need to cut it short. It’s been God all the way so fast my dispatcher rider go drink beer � now.

I booked on 8th Aug with 1 Oct as start date. I had no prior knowledge of how this thing works before booking, until i joined this thread else i would have booked with a longer start date. Now that the 1 Oct is at the corner, with the new rule of results older than 2017 to book in Cat B.
please elders in the house what do you advice I do .

Pay the money oooo, once you enrol in a school you're a student, you can resume any time even up till January. The embassy will still give dates.

I just tried this option, and got a visa Interview date for Wednesday in Ghana. Now I dont know if I should explore this option.
Please anyone with info about applying for Visa in neighbouring country should share as it was clearly stated they receive from residents of Ghana,Liberia and Sierra Leone.

thanks, i have been a victim of deadline iss this year, i know how painful it is get all necessary documents ready even going as far as paying tuition and accomodation and you are told that at the submission venue that the date for study visa application is closed.
