Seun: If God owned Nairaland, he would not operate any account on Nairaland.
He would communicate the rules by sending anonymous messages to random members, the chosen.
The rules presented by each chosen member would contradict the rules presented by the others.
There would be no way of knowing which chosen member had the correct rules.
People would just choose to follow whichever rules the person who invited them to the forum happened to follow.
There would be brutal thread-wars between the people following different sets of rules.
For each set of rules given by the chosen members, there would be multiple interpretations by random members.
The interpreters would claim to have received anonymous clues from the owner which they used to interpret the rules.
There would be brutal thread-wars between people following different interpretations of each set of rules.
Most of the chosen would have deleted their accounts and all posts in which they originally presented their rules.
There would be multiple versions of each set of rules floating about, with no way of knowing if any is correct.
People who break the rules won't be banned, because the chosen and the interpreters won't have any actual powers.
Interpreters will threaten those who break their rules that the owner will kill them after they deactivate their accounts.
The most famous interpreter will say that all rules are equally important: typos and posting porn pictures are the same.
That all members have broken the rules, so they deserve to be killed by the owner after they deactivate their accounts.
But there's good news: the owner's son joined the forum, and he presented his own version of the rules.
Though he was the only member who never broke any rule, his account was deactivated for the sins of the rule-breakers.
But the account was reactivated later and he was not killed because he was found to be innocent of rule-breaking.
And after his account was reactivated, he sent anonymous messages to some interpreters who are no longer active.
Therefore any rule-breaker who believes that the owner's son's account was deactivated for his errors shall not be killed!
The owner created a new forum, much better than Nairaland, which his son's believers shall be invited to any time now.
The son's profile was transferred to the new forum 3 minutes after reactivation, which is why it cannot be viewed.
But some members recall that some members said that some interpreters said they saw the son's reactivated profile. Having read and digested your imagery, I am tempted to react with a very simple but fact probing question. Seun, if God doesn't exist hence no supreme being who crafted and designed nature, now answer me: Have you seen a building without a builder? Or, even you, can you come into existence without a master designer? Please reply. |

Campusity: The British expanding their propaganda machine deeper into Africa.
Edit
For all of you thinking my comment above is sore grapes, it is not I am not talking of this just because its BBC ibo. With BBC English hausa, Igbo and yoruba beaming into Nigeria the British have the potential to reach 80% of our population. If they don't like our president for example, say over his gay/lesbian stance, they can begin to bombard us with negative messages and hence can have an unseen influence on our collective decision such as during elections. It's a known fact.
When Americans and Co complain about Russia meddling in their elections, I just laugh. Its 1000 times worse what they do to others especially using such soft power and media.
There is no free lunch. They are not spending huge money to set up studios, employ people and editors because they like Nigeria. Before you clap, look at the big picture. Absolutely in agreement. I knew this would happen. Check Google, they have localised their content in Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa and Pidgin. Just for the expansion of their business empire. Yet, Nairaland cannot creat Dialectical Boards! Shame |

If North is crime free amidst boko and haram, suicide bombings, Herdsmen menace, Southern Kaduna killings, etc, South East is heaven then. My brothers are republican in nature as I earlier lectured you. We survive amidst ALL odds. We have our short comings as you too have yours in many ways. There are very poor people in your side too that have to resort selling their babies or criminal activities to survive. Some of our people choose to beg than to rob or kidnap. I understand. Just for someone to feel good! Poverty index I meant.... If only you are sincere. resurgentxtian4: Let Buhari come for a 2nd term and let’s see who suffers more. You are in the process of successfully alienating the very same people who can help you get rid of Buhari.
I am a Christian and I know that this Government has not tried but i wont be railroaded by igbo blackmail to accept responsibility for Buhari’s actions. If anything, I would double down on my Support for him to spite the igbo. Now imagine what Muslims that are Yorubas feel about igbos’ behavior for the past 3 years. Insults and divisive rhetoric employed by the igbos will not get them anywhere. Rather, it will further earn them more enemies in Nigeria’s political space.
This is not the way to build consensus about any issue. We (the South) are giving Buhari is free pass to Aso rock for another 4 years just because the Igbos want to see yorubas suffer.
If Yorubas truly suffer in Nigeria as the igbos fervently pray for, the Nigeria we all have will cease to exist.
If igbos want to really see yorubas suffer, they should come out and challenge us in a war, bomb our cities and claim responsibility for it etc....
Stop wishing evil on Yorubas behind key pads and in the corner of your face me, I face you rooms in yorubaland ( most igbos live in Yorubaland).
God will never give igbos the satisfaction to see yorubas suffer. Igbos should get over the civil war defeat. Must you be a stone age tribal bigot?.. OTUNBA Ayodele Fayose is an Igbo man?. Chief FFK Is an Igbo man? Aare KanKanfo, OTUNBA Gani Adams (who warned Fulani Herdsmen) is an Igbo Man? Dr General OBJ.. MIKOLOWISKA: govt doesn't have money for good road private investor does which do you prefer, road or no road abi you think road just appears automatically
this country has been in chains for over 400 years and we're surviving
you clearly do not
but it's very simple use the free bad road is not by force to use private road i don't 400 years? Emancipate yourself from mental slavery. "As it has been, so shall it always be" count me out.! Very soon, they will buy the air you breath and ask you to pay toll before breathing. Every year, they appropriate your tax on humongous sums for road construction and maintenance, they turn around and concession it and ask you to pay additional tax for using same road. CHAINS EVERYWHERE YOU GO. What a CHANGE! |

MIKOLOWISKA: not if it's privately funded it's not
road is meant for those that pay for it(not govt)
no it's not it is your privilege to move wherever you can make a path(taxes and voting for good govt which you did not)
go live for jungle with wild animals and find out if your "rights" hold up
yep clear you don't undersand private investments Investor in public welfare good! You would wake up one day to discover that those who promised you CHANGE CHAIN, have sold the entire country. Then you would understand private investment clearly.! |

Government inflicted chain <how = Road construction is a social welfare good funded via tax payers money. Concession of same amounts to CHAIN> 2. Yes. <Reason= Road is meant for all.
