That's not a rape case. It's obvious that mother not a good mother with the way she's going about the case. She seems to be the one who put her daughter on that path. The duo had their good time sometimes around 2015, when they were having a relationship and she allowed him video her naked. The guy waited until 2020, when she was about to get married before releasing the video, ostensibly to disrupt the wedding. Therefore, the guy's crime is not rape but blackmail.
