There is this lady I plan to marry, which I have made known to her already even before she travelled for her NYSC. Although she just came back from NYSC service recently. We are just discussing the way forward and on the process I was asking her about her sexual life and how recently she had sex. After insisting for her to answer. She opened up and told me she had a sexual relationship during her NYSC service. And the reason was because I didn't call her at a particular time so she thought I have find anther woman. And that was when I was having some personal challenges. According to her, they ended the sexual relationship in the camp. That she is sorry and all that. I didn't really expect that attitude from her as she seem to look responsible and Godlily. I was just disappointed even though I pretended like everything is well. And I was also thinking she had the courage to tell me the true.

Now I have to make my decision, but needs a matured advise and guidance from a mature mind please.

Do think I should continue my marriage plan with her?

But jokes apart I think you have a good chance at getting it. You can add a form or letter or explanation or intent stating where you’d like to visit, how much you’d like to spend and how long you’d like to stay.

Thank you. Seems the person was using ircc portal which only needs email and password before, since they’re yet to submit I’ll advise them to start over using this néw portal

Your application will be sent to the office that is meant to handle it; you don't need to do anything.

For applicants who submitted their applications in Nigeria: applications for temporary residency are sent to Nairobi office for processing, while applications for permanent residency are sent to Accra office.

That was a long time. Login to your account and check for biometrics under applicant information. Your account should display the biometric within a day or two of its completion.

My own advise to people on this Japa thing is not to disconnect from home. Home will always be home as titled in Sound Sultan(late) Song, "Motherlan" . When you make monies abroad, come back and invest your monies. Those of us that are experienced travelers will understand the message better.
In South Africa, 2019/2020, During the xephonbic attacks, i had people who lost their properties and valuables. Some of them had to be outbounded on an airpeace evacuation flight, practically coming back to start from the scratch.
It will be a disservice to yourself and family if you make monies abroad, and do not go home to do anything.
A word is enough for wise.
Migrate, make monies, come back and invest.
The goal is to have a secured future.

Opening a business account and running the funds through that account is advisable.

Over here, some one-man businesses never open a business account and use regular savings or checkings accounts for the business.

In as much as the account bears the name mentioned in the business registration documents. The case officer will be fine with that.

If your business registration is registered as a corporation, then opening a business account would be very ideal.

Savings accounts can also work . In addition , you will attach evidence of income from the business like invoices whose amount can be directly traced to savings accounts, contract documents, business registration and income taxes documents for the business.

My applications in the past, i have always submitted personal accounts together with the business account.

She has a business account but doesn’t run it frequently at all. Cos the bank is so useless that it has disappointed her in several cases. So she uses ther savings.

I might ask her to use the business account for the next 3-4 months.

They are part of the major reasons nigeria and Nigerians get backlash(Es).

I don’t know how and why you’d go to a foreign land to exploit their asylum process and still brag about it online.

You can go to a foreign land and expect stability within months, it’ll take 1-2 years minimum. That’s why they advise that you visit and come back home, that will make you absorb the mechanisms of how the system works so that if you want to go and stay, you’d know the best legal route.

What’s your take on an entrepreneur who has a registered business with good running account but doesn’t use her business account for transactions?

Can she still use the savings account to apply or try running the business account for some time?

Hi everyone, please I need advice very urgent l applied for Canada visitors visa since 2020 and have been checking up for update still none so early this month in August I noticed that my application is approved since June 20 and the email went to spam and I have missed passport submission deadline which is July 21. I want to submit immediately with explaintion letter but my passport expired in August 1st this month. I have sent an explanation letter and data page expired passport and appointment slip from immigration as a proof that my passport is under renewal back to the email address the VO used to sent my approval on 18 of this month and I have sent web form with the same attached proof that my passport is under renewal.
However my capturing is on 29 of this month hoping to get it in two time and submit also my online application is still open.
At the moment what should I do will the stamp visa in my passport if on 11 of September
Or refusal please I need advice because am confused
