PhonesRe: Xiaomi Redmi Note 2: iPhone, Samsung and Meizu Killer| Discussion Thread by Mofetemi(m): 8:52am On Nov 14, 2015
aieromon:
I hope you know the Developer Rom is updated every Friday. Your downloaded ROM might be outdated by the time you receive your device.
Just intending buying this Xiaomi Note 2 Prime but i have questions to ask its users who do weekly updates (developer rom). As a new phone, is it immediately someone set-ups the phone that he sees update(s)? Moreover, I think i will stick to stable rom updates only. Lest i forget, if someone wants to do a stable rom update via OTA, is it a must to do factory reset first or one can just update straight and i hope self installed apps won't pose problems in the course? From the look of things, it seems it is not advisable to delete anything on this phone when someone owns it?

Planned buying ELEPHONE P8000 (brand new) by the end of this month but I have some bothering questions which I want its users to assist me with answers. The questions are as follows:

1). Does Elephone P8000 worth buying (performance)?

2). Does it have versions?

3). Does Elephone P8000 paper specs tally with things inside the phone?

4). From who/where can I buy it at a reasonable/the cheapest price?

Conclusively, the rate at which phones are being produced is confusing. Infact, I am confused already in terms of choice. I just want a phone with the following attributes:

a). OS: Atleast Lollilpop
b). Processor speed: 1.5 ghz above
c). Support: OTA & OTG
d). Battery: Reliable battery
e). Price: Not more than 50k
f). Camera: Good quality
g). Resolution: 1080x1920
h). Ram: 2G above
I). Memory card support

........Help pls!

I am just sick and tired of this my innjoo f2. For couple of days now, the tab has refused to come-up or charge and I have tried series of chargers all to no avail. The only thing the tab does while I plug it to the socket with its charger is to be showing BLINKING BATTERY LOGO which I tried all through the night yeterday till this morning and it was still BLINKING! Not even a % charge. Is this not alarming? Has anybody experienced these scenarios? Gurus in the house, please, I need urgent help as this tab wanna drain my blood to the very zero level oooo............... This is my whatsapp handle; 07033135972 incase..........!

apparently you are in itel 1701 thread....try pressing volume down and power button together at the same time......it might help your situation.
That can only work when the tab has battery % and this tab's battery is not an exception. Besides, I have tried it but couldn't work.

That is where another problem lies because the tab's battery is non-removeable. Besides, I would have done battery replacement had it been it was on the contrary. Now, what next?

Those that fine it difficult to root their F2 should use kingroot 4.5 version and make sure they have a working data connection on your tap to root
Root! It's not in me. I never supported rooting an inch from the inception of android. Besides, I wasn't trying to root the tab before this problem started. The only thing I noticed before this tab got to this dead-stage was the super-fast battery draining post charge during usage. Now, the battery is non-removeable. Does it mean that I must root the tab for it to come back to life or the tab is totally dead for It to ever see life again?
