Watery nipple discharge though quite embarrassing may actually not be coming from any serious health condition generally or with the breast. Since it is not milky by appearance ,there is little to say it is related to high plasma prolactin. Though by normal clinic constraint, it is advisable to have a assay for the prolactin blood concentration done just to rule high prolactin hormone out. The rest would be to check the breast properly for any changes to duct and changes relating to lump. Not to forget, most nipple watery discharge aren't spontaneous and would only happen during a breast expression or nipple massage. So, she should avoid doing this for the mean time.
How old is she?
If she above 35years, her doctor could advice a mammography should ultrasound scanning did not much to find anything. If all these are done and yet no findings, she is probably alright and the nipple discharge could have happened by her increased breast expression if not, she should wait some months further to allow the obvious cause comes more clinical.

Thanks doc for your response. She is 40+ years old. She had done two tests already and the screenshots are below showing NORMAL in all. The third recommended test, Hormonal Profile Test has just been done but awaiting result. As per the nipples water discharge, it occurs when the nipples or breasts are squeezed only. Does it mean it is the Hormonal Profile Test result that will show the cause of the water discharge?

No. I have not discussed with my doc. But currently, I am feeling just mild burning throat, mild acidic taste in my teeth, mild rough tongue, dry surface tongue, mild burning tongue and mild chest pain. I do use antacid (polycaine) once in a while though. With these my symptoms status, what can you deduce doc?

It is expected to have weight loss on a recurring GERD. My main problem with your doctor's prescription is slight. I see it improper to prescribe PIP (as in Omeprazole) and H2-receptor inhibitor ( as in Cemitidine) together. It is not acceptable as the PIP can never work optimally in the presence of H2R inhibitor. This may just be a reason for the symptomatic treatment (as with the antacid) rather than a managemental treatment. With this, I don't see how you may improve at all until the treatment plan needs to be well adjusted and planned.

This is getting serious oooo! So doc, what is the right expected treatment plan for this GERD? I need help! I am in dilemma. I have been taking pills unnecessarily which I sensed myself to be abnormal. I NEED HELP!

My Pills history: Omeprazole, Cimetidine, Gascol (antacid), Barole, Elicorid, Polycaine (ANtacid), Mebo gi softgel capsule.

This whole thing started late last quarter of last year, 2019 with heartburn and body hotness symptoms (with or without eating ) but with no difficulty in swallowing, I eat normal. Upon these observations, i went to hospital to explain and I was told I have GERD. Thus, omeprazole, cimetidine and antacid were prescribed for me and I was asked to limit/avoid heartburn triggers in relation to meals-spicy food, fatty, soft drinks, alchol, sweety things, raising bed head and so on and I obliged. Upon the completion of the pills, heartburn and hotness subsided significantly. But because I wanted total recuperation, i went to the hospital to narrate my current status, new set of pills: Elicorid, Barole and Antacid were prescribed again. Now, I have finished the Elicorid but the Barole remains few tablets (like 4) but I have noticed these new symptoms: Dry Tongue Mild Burning Tongue&Throat and Acidic Taste in my Premolars when I finished eating.
My question is: what do these new symptoms
connote because I need lasting solution to this whole mess. I have spent alot angrily.

All these started November 2019 and since then till now, my life is miserable. I can not eat anything reasonable. All triggers of heartburn have been avoided yet sore throat, upper head hotness and heartburn(subsides when antacid us used) still occur. Norland gastroinstetinal softgel was suggested by another doctor, all these complaints subsided in the course of using the first bottle, after completion, am having symptoms again. Though planning to buy another Norland gastrointestinal softgel bottle again. I have done H.Pylori test (negative), sugar level (normal), bp (normal). Will this endoscopy be my final Bustop because I have tested alot of money. I am in Ogun state and I learnt Babcock University and Osuth that offer endoscopy. Does anyone know how much endoscopy is?
