~Jeez cant tell you the last time i bought any mags . . its been dunks . . . I usually flick thru when am out doing the grocery shopping at the mag sections . . .see who's on the front covers,story headlines etc sometimes i even read a couple of stories & then drop the mag ~Anywho,since evrything is accessible online now a click away,i just google whatever my interest is & randomly scroll thru  Am all gone green on recycling . . am no longer keen on the idea of collecting tons of mags like i use to & then have to recycle it . . better off not buying any at all really!! However i do watch fashion shows on Tv,pick up a lil bit here & there . . . |

~My Hubby bites his nails,if he didnt,i wud have lurved to see his nails kept manicured & clipped very short!! ~Some Women do take notice of men's hands . . . & its eyecatching when its clean/manicured . . unsightly when its disgustingly unkept  Soo when I see guys whose fingers are manicured, i do give em compliments i dont lift my eyebrow at guys at the nail bar getting their nails buffed/filed either Gay or Not!! |

~Defo brush my Teeth,been doin it since thine kingdom come good habit to get stuck on. . ~ When i cant be arsed to have a shower/bath some evenings,I Just wash my face & use a cleansing pad but usually when i do take a shower/bath in the evenings,i wash/cleanse my face & apply moisturizer! |

~Good Ole fashion Exercise . . . sit ups to be precise . .you can help by holding onto her ankles as she tries it . . . Remember to be encouraging . . let her start with doing 5 then as she gets comfy doin it,increase to whatever number she's comfortable doing,dont over do it as her tummy will be aching after the first couple of days!! Thats usual thu when you start doing sit ups & its usually the off putting bit so this is where your encouragement comes in handy!! Good Luck!! |

"The Footless Leggings & Tights" ~Wearing leggings or tights with a top barely covering your arse is a Hell No!!One of the biggest advantages to wearing leggings is they can look fabulous on just about any size woman & more mature women when worn properly & it enables skin-shy women to strut their vogue but i tell you what!! Its unsightly seeing camel toes/thunder thighs/baby elephants fully exposed!!Ive lost count of how many times i've seen women with huge backside & have a little extra on the thighs wearing a top that sits on top of their bums & you cud make out all the jigglings going on ~Always wear leggings/tights with Tops covering your bottom & the hemline of your top touching your thigh!! . . the length that best goes with leggings/tights should be Mid-thigh!! examples shitdress/dresses/Tunics/flowing tank tops/mini skirts . . . Knee lengths tops/dresses are also cool depending on your prefrence!! *Even thu a variety of colours are desirable,the key colours that go with just about anything are the darker shades black,brown * Opt for Flats,ballet flats,wedges instead of high heels when wearing leggings/tights ~Always remember Clothing sizes vary from designer to designer and manufacturer to manufacturer so if you find yourself squeezing into whats meant to be your size,don't panic you've put on some invincible weight . . you're better off choosing the next size up . . . ~If You're a serial changer ie changing your mind numerous times about what you want to wear on a night out most especially AFTER you've applied makeup ~Avoid getting makeup on your clothes by Covering your head with an old scarf/thin material, before you pull on your top/dress . . . saves you having to change that outfit you finally thought was purrfect with foundation,mascara,blusher or lipstick!! ~Gone are the days when it was a MUST your handbag has to match your shoes . . . as long as your handbag compliments your outfit,go for it!! ~Dont be a fashion Victim of Trends & Labels . . wear what you're comfortable in & avoid sticking out like a sore thumb

now before i go to Nigeria party, i eat at home that way i just pick a drink and chat. ~Me & You both!! I can't tell you's how grateful i am . . my mum God bless her Dunno know about y'll but as kids when me & my siblings knew we had a party to go,we wouldnt eat. .must have been excitement . . Rule of our house was "You don't eat before,You don't Go"!!~As an adult now,its still a rule i follow,i always eat before attending parties thrown by my country folks. .& when i do eat it's only at close friends & family do's,the big plus being I know who prepared the food !! I hear most times,party food sucks anyways |
