Properties / Re: How Much Electricity Does Water Pumping Machine Use In a Month? by mokshaq7: 5:31pm On Oct 24, 2023 |
It's a good idea to inform them before accepting the proposal that each flat should take turns to pump water monthly for the next four months. This way, everyone can get a shared experience of the cost and whoever wants to take that responsibility will know, while others will also have an understanding of what the average price could be. |
Travel / Re: Why Do Some Aeroplanes Get Sprayed With Water At The Airport? by mokshaq7: 11:34am On Feb 01, 2023 |
It is called the water Salute for admonishing accomplishments in aviation. It can be used to celebrate a Pilot retiring after long years of flying, A new aircraft just landing in an airport and also typical to us when a new airport is receiving its first flight in that airport. It is not a disinfectant, you cannot use an aviation firefighting truck to disinfect it. It is not acceptable. |

Health / Re: Snakes Can't Live Inside Soak Away by mokshaq7: 6:29am On Nov 29, 2021 |
I have practically seen soakaway that had snakes in it(more than 10). As much as I agree there could be difficulty in snakes getting to a higher level of the building(probably from 1 floor and above) It is possible for a resilient snake to get past the ground floor. Soakaways are not airtight therefore it's not completely a confined space. It will be better to protect openings that lead to rooms with covering that will allow waste discharge to pass through but nothing solid or bigger(net). 1 Like |

Career / Re: Secondary School Teaching Vs Lecturing: Which Of These Two Jobs Should I Choose? by mokshaq7: 10:46am On Oct 07, 2020 |
Hi, You need to know what you want to be and where do you want to see yourself. Success at a time is not about money its about fulfillment of long hearth desires. If your long term desires is centered around the free lunch and housing what if policy changes and there is cost cutting policy and free lunch is removed. Just think about it, the condition of service of the private university can be improved upon with time. But the primary factor should be where you want to be and fulfilling the desire to be the person you have been dreaming to be. |

. people and househelps. treat your house help like your child..Most of them won't pay back . They are who they are, with a mission no matter what you do,it doesn't change their mission,if you have subscribe to them before and you are lucky ,her mission is just to make ends meet but those with devilish intention will never change no matter what you do to them, the better you treat them the more their mind get deeper with there interior motives except God only touches their heart. 1 Like |
Travel / Re: Photos: See What Was Seen At The Lagos Airport! by mokshaq7: 2:06pm On Oct 16, 2015 |
HELLO ALL, The item in the picture is not on the runway ,its a service road that allow for movement around the runway within the airport, the items seen were in-front of caverton ,though its an unsafe act and this will culminate into an unsafe condition ,which the FAAN SAFETY DEPARTMENT will be looking at,investigation is ongoing right now by the safety department of FAAN, to forestall future occurrence that could lead to an accident. I really appreciate the op and at the same time everybody's concern, its an observation which pointed to the fact that more needed to be done in that area. |

nairalandist:yeah you might be right bro but its absurdity that thrives as norm in nigeria most of our military and paramilitary guys does not want AVSEC in the airport to do their job with authority, they felt they are above the law and should not be challenge but really can custom go to the police barrack and give orders there or the air force base, absolutely no. |

nairalandist:the airport is not airforce or custom officer's jurisdiction, its solely aviation security, what you are seeing is lawlessness. |

Career / Re: What If You Were In "Oga At The Top's" Shoe? by mokshaq7: 10:31am On Mar 16, 2013 |
the question asked from him is an identity of the organisation he works for, lets stop dribbling around ,its like you don't know ur name in that vice,to it shows the extent of decadence in picking officers for offices in public office, civil service is a funny place to be for a challenging mind, you find it boring and annoying, the so called ogas moved around shoulder high without anything in their head, what matters is i am the oga based on rank which at times its not merited. We have some brilliant people too there but generally its very poor.I believe what he should have done is not to go there alone,he was too confident but he knew nothing,if he had gone with a sharper younger mind he would have salvage the situation. 4 Likes |

Travel / Re: Qatar Airways Crashlands At MMIA IN Lagos by mokshaq7: 1:11am On Oct 01, 2012 |
@doctokwus ,i believe people should not just be talking for the sake of just doing it,during emergency of that kind, the fire tenders(that is the term use in aviation fire fighting) has strategic position they are meant to be positioned.Because you can see some uniformed guys around doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing,as far as am concerned the lagos crew is the best in Nigeria, @Paddymo grasses are good for the runway and the whole airport is fenced so kindly don't let us paint what we have bad, even it might still not be at its best, but that is still what we have |

Sports / Re: Did Kaka Truly Deserve A Red Card? by mokshaq7: 1:06am On Jun 21, 2010 |
Lets is look at it critically, 1,even if we assume KEITA IS BEEN HITTED OR ELBOWED by Kaka in the chest, why is the guy holding his face. 2,Two he Keita ran into Kaka and the manner and attitude of the scene created has an element of dishonesty in it,i want anybody that is interested to check out what the impact of the suppose elbow from kAKA COULD HAVE DONE TO kEITA. Finaly a good one from Keita and the referee from my own judgement is not worthy to have manage that game.Because we can see he made mistake which he himself acknowledge . |
