vonlogon:you nailed. Their aim of course is to make sure the people are so hungry that they won't have the energy to protest |
Even ordinary garri is now beyond the purchasing power of many Nigerians. I remembered during buhari regime when garri suddenly jumped to 1k and there was army crackdown. Today garri has become gold. |
1) The NGF 2) The. NLC 3) APC You can add yours... |
ivolt:The point is, there is total leadership failure across all management, be it in government and even in the religious circle. The gang up against the poor is gaining more traction . So don't be deceived. |
The current NLC leadership have shown to be worse than the politicians. It's no longer news that Ajaero himself is never interested in the welfare of workers or Nigerians in general. Even the federal government in the need to save face is looking forward to the new minimum wage whereas Ajaero and his team of demons are not only interested in their pockets but are preventing the resolution to use that as a tool to remain relevant in the sharing of the systemic loot. |
nairalandkachy1:Even the are more humane than these useless demonic NLC, All they do is charade while struggling for their fulless pockets. This particular NLC under this midget Ajaero is the worst in history. |
fergie001:Anything less than revolution is complete waste of time. Highest a day, 2days, one week protest, they will tire and they will disperse. If government wan mek dem disperse quick, dem go send dem small teargas and if they are headstrong police under order will gun down some protesters and the rest go borrow leg. Or better still tinumbu will give them one huge promise that will never see the light of the day and they will happily go home |
lexylaw40kuti:When will Tinubi be investigated for employing meat sellers and barrowpushers as bishops' Mek una dey play |
oshiokpu:One of the reasons is that Enugu is far bigger than Anambra, more than twice the size. So naturally, there budgetry allocations should be more. |
Righthussle:akpa amu |
There is no doubt Nigeria is already tipping at the precipise thanks to APCs obsolete and xenophobic-driven leadership style. Southeast since 2010 especially Anambra state has been increasingly economically viable. I know lots and lots of people in my village who returned from places like Lagos, Abuja empty-handed but today they are doing exceptionally well economically. Politicians and the West said they wont grant us autonomy but they cant prevent us from repatriating our businesses and relocating to the southeast. Southeast is an economic happening area right about now trust me. |
Paraman:Trust me, Igboland especially the inner areas are most viable for business now more than any other part of Nigeria. |
The jealousy, the hate, the injustice meted on Igbos especially since the emergence of APC government at the federal and state level mostly, Lagos state. There has been increasing bigotry ochestrated by APC style of politics that see the south easterners as leftists against the conservative interests of the Nigerian leadership system. South westerners are the most gullible population and its very easy to set them against the progressive nature of the south easterners whose presence influence massive development of their host communities. Obi in 2022 became the 'awaited messiah' and in order to curtail his excessive popularity, Tinubu's team had to pitch a major population of Nigeria against the other and the readily-available population to be employed is in the southwest. The elections have come and gone but the 'xenophobia' created have continued to grow and it is getting worse. The federal and Lagos state governments are ever ready to punish the south easterners for choices they made and are now punishing Igbos at every turn, destroying their properties, businesses etc. Now is the time for the EXODUS. Its not news that Igbos have made their host communities economically viable. There has been growing calls on South easterners since the inception of the APC's administration to start repatriating their businesses and relocate back home. Southeast is a virgin land economically. Some percentage of Igbo population have relocated and continued to relocate and things are extremely going better for them more than ever before... |
What i see these days is federal government vows to, moves to, plan to, expects to especially on the things that directly affect the masses. When will the headline becomes, the fed government did or implemented those things that will reduce the suffering of the masses? This was how buhari continued planning endlessly without implémentation on people's-oriented policies but were quick to implement those policies that were anti Nigerians. This is exactly what we ve seen so far with this government |
I remembered that before May 1999 in Aguleri, we used to have constant electricity. His government had the financial strength to keep our refineries running but the refineries went completely dead. Making calls through NITEL then was at #0.0001rates which he privatised and Nigerians paid through their nose before GLO came onboard to save the situation.. A bag of cement then was around #250 before Obasanjo came and he banned importation of cement and gave Dangote total monopoly of that sector through proxy arrangement. Prices of petroluem products were so minimal before 1999 and the list goes on and on. Obasanjo if i remembered correctly promised Nigeria would have uninterrupted power supply from December 2000 in the 16billion dollars scam... |
I sincerely believe the presidency dont care about the citizenry or what they might be going through. They are anti people. The policies they make are targeted at impoverishing the masses the more while they jubilate over it. Tinubu government has become the embodiment of this cruelty. Those basic things that have been priced beyond the financial strength of most Nigerians buhari regime are today systematically made worse. The impunity of the government officials have risen to alltime high where these officials have arranged themselves betwwen the basic necessities and the suffering masses and the list of these impunities are endless. |
Nigeria continues to get worst under his watch. What are even his intentions? Nigeria remains a cesspit where Tinubu himself wouldnt be admitted in Nigeria's hospitals. If he needs rest, he will fly to London while the world leaders stay back at their country visiting their country homes. Will Tinubu ever consider Iragbiji as a place to rest. Shame on all Nigerians especially those supporting these carnage and impunities of the ruling class. Slave trade and colonialism have come and gone. We are the ones enslaving ourselves. |
but over 90% of her citizenry are literally dying of hunger. In a country where tens of millions of children and elderly ones go to bed with empty stomach yet the government every four years sets aside #160m to buy SUV for each legislator and the list goes on and on Does that tinubu has brains at all?? |
And wouldnt know or care about the stuation at the homefront. Buhari during his 8yrs presidency was outside the country more than he was in the country because they are too retarded to know that 'someone whose house is on fire does not chase after the rat. He is just coming in from Saudi Arabia i think and he is again scheduled to Germany tomorrow. Is he trying to show his strength or what exactly?? |
The masses are just in a state of Limbo where they are at the mercy of the unrepentant ruling class who are busy devising endless plans to keep Nigerians in perpetual suffering. Nothing is gonna change especially with the type of political system we are running. There will be absolutely no chance for a good man at the helm of Nigeria's leadership. I knew Peter Obi would never succeed even in decades to come unless he is compromised and ready to dance to the tune of the ruling class(the system). Yaradua a good man tried changing the statusquo but met à brickwall and it is that dangerous.... |
mokwechineme:the most insensitive government |
Timoleon:One can hardly predict a country run by hooligans |
At a point Nigeria is going through the worst enonomic hardships in the history of the cointry, what is uppermost to the presidency is the purchase of SUV worth #160m each for the national assembly members. These are people who are already excessively wealthy made possible by public funds. Again contemplation to get a yatch worth #5b for the presidency The allocation almost #3b reconstruct presidential lodge and another allocation of almost #2b in supplementary budget past almost a year ago and another yearly budget is few weeks away shows Tinubu is in the seat to finish Nigerians kpatapkata :oAt a point Nigeria is going through the worst enonomic hardships in the history of the cointry, what is uppermost to the presidency is the purchase of SUV worth #160m each for the national assembly members. M0H247:U ve been a dogged fighter for Tinubu. I hope he remembers u |
Ikaeniyan0:I think u need help. |
I thought with the Supreme court verdict they will be freed to focus on those things they want to do, whether favourable or unfavourable to the Nigerian people. Its terrible the presidency at this point, still employs lies and propaganda and even retains thousands of youths to launder their image online... I want to advice Tinubu, the ball is fully in His court now. There is no longer dreaded trepidation that Obi will take over. The highest court of the land through miscarriage of justice have upheld his presidency and there is no further appeal. He should focus on finally drowning Nigeria or save her or simply continue in the normal cycle of deceit we ve known as the Nigerian system where the leadership knows what to do to make Nigeria a better place for all but décides to do otherwise... |
stuffs2002:U re still a kid i presume |
