My question is, what would be their legacies. Some of them act as if they would live forever controlling the Nigerian political space. They keep stealing the commonwealth endlessly, even when they no longer need them, yet they continued just to prevent it from getting to the poor Nigerians who desperately need them. |
olaideeeedris:Did the less than 30k been paid as minimum wage prevented abag of rice from been 90k? Continue shining your teeth while hunger kill u |
olaideeeedris:u're so naive |
They are the same and they serve the same master. Just like the politicians, the major intent is creating wider gap between the elite and the poor and struggling masses where Nigerians would be eternally kowtowing to them. Do you know the current financial worth of Ajaero and members of the union executives? All the gragra by the labour unions are scripted drama and detailed plan to continue the subjugation and impoverishment of the helpless Nigerians and this has become the prevailing Nigerian reality even to the family level. |
I'm from Anambra and mine is Peter Obi followed by Chris Ngige. It's really sad that Obi successors have greatly stalled the developmental strides started by Ngige, sustained and taken to unimaginable level by the Obi's administration. It's terribly sad Anambra after Obiano's carefree administration ended up in the hands of a very deluded personality like Soludo who believes he knows more than knowledge itself. It's very sickening and ridiculous at the same time Soludo promising to make Anambra Dubai/Taiwan of Africa. Even if he hadn't been to any of those countries, atleast he can watch videos available everywhere of Dubai and Taiwan because the substandard roads he has been constructing on snail's pace don't come anywhere close to the ones constructed in neighboring states not to talk of Dubai or Taiwan. |
Oduduwatic:akpu oru but they control it |
Bulldozer90:The ban covers foreign currencies as well |
MrProlific95:That one is in the league of gods of money. They no longer need to show themselves. The ones targeted are the upcoming leaders of tomorrow and our young stars who want to become rich at all cost or die trying |
The reason there is so much quest for money in Nigeria is this desire to show off during occasions by spraying large quantities of currencies especially naira notes. If this is not a smokescreen to target some individuals and the ban is sustained, a lot more of our problems would have been solved. |
I need someone to please educate me on their responsibilities because I feel this is the time they are needed most. The truth in the inflation facing Nigerians are artificially created from production to the last retailer. |
Pecoleee345:that's why you have government and what again is the work of consumer protection agency |
The 36 state governments and the federal capital territory have continued to be poorly governed by administrators that feel they are not pressured or owe anybody anything in leadership. The beam light have continued to be on the presidency, even the federal legislators and judiciary in the national discuss leaving out this level of government whose contribution should be as important as the presidency. The state governments are the direct beneficiaries of online warriors who continue to measure their d***s by promoting failures and mediocres in other to paint others dark. Without much time, I am from Anambra and since 1999, we've had 7 governors and two of these governors time in government were shortlived - Etiaba and Andy Uba so will be rating these five - Chinwoke Mbadinuju, 1999 - 2003 Chris Ngige, 2003 - 2006 Peter Obi, 2006 - 2014 Willie Obiano, 2014 - 2022 and Chukwuma Soludo, 2022 till date Mbadinuju would've simply been the worst because during his one term governance, workers in different MDAs were owed salaries, ranging from 20 - 30 months. However, his time was marred with godfatherism. Emeka Offor - the godfather that got him there was cornering more than 70% of the state allocations to his private purse and during the period there was no single project executed by that government. Willie Obiano is another failure who was carried away by praise singers and fellow drunkards who believed more in oringo and flirting around while leaving the core reason they were in government. Soludo is another eventual failure because he had and continued to do more talking than working. He is naturally a bad leader and administrator. Anambrarians somehow had high hopes in him but those have become illusions.. From traders to workers, the stories are the same. A terrible period even a small state like Ekiti and other states have continued to pay her workers additional 35k wage award, Soludo rather paid workers 12k wage award from September and stopped paying the additional amount after December without any reason. We shouldn't be shouting Tinubu, Buhari upandan without also mentioning our various state governments bringing them also to the national discourse. |
fergie001:That's how they mess with your head that you don't know to believe again What the midget el rufai did is the usual propaganda by the ruling class |
SoNature:you are not refining so your leaders will continue to drain your commonwealth through the so-called subsidy |
As a family man, when my money is below 50k without hope for immediate cash expectations, I become terribly worried because that 50k will scarcely be enough for one week for a family man. It's really been hell. |
Tinubu knowingly or unknowingly is now championing that course in Sub Saharan Africa. If you are believing this government has your interest at heart, you better think again. Where is the grain they said the warehouses were going to be opened. Instead they are rather investing billions of dollars in white elephant projects while majority of the citizenry are practically dying of hunger. I went to the market last three weeks to buy paint bucket of beans and I was told #4700. I bought a paint bucket hoping with government promise it will come down by the coming week. I went back last two weeks, it was #5000. I decided to tarry till the coming week may be the price might come down and I went back last week and it has risen to #5300. I bought half paint bucket again hoping it will soon come down and I went back the same last week Saturday and it was #5600 and the government promises are no where to be found. Yes, I obviously know it was empty promises yet I was hanging unto hope. This is how it is with other food items What is happening is artificial. These things were all planned to be so, so when Tinubu loosened the belt small, the gullible Nigerians we have in abundance will start praising him. Look at what is happening in the exchange market where Tinubu met dollar at 600+ but quickly skyrocketed it to 1900+, planned and executed by his armchairs advisers and gradually they are loosening it and the helpless Nigerians didn't have choice but to appreciate him for such painstaking effort while the dollar is yet to get back to the rate it was when he took office. The banditry and terrorism you see in the north and other African countries are all planned and sponsored by Britain, US and their evil partners through World Bank and IMF to create artificial famine to massacre millions in hunger The IMF and World Bank officials themselves continue to promote poverty and bad governance so they will continue to reap these poor countries off. As Africans we need mental emancipation. |
dre11:and that's why flying in your airline to southeast is costlier than flying in the same airline to north |
chucks185:that boy helinues is simply a waste of creation. |
MadamExcellency:the law says any employer with 10 or more employees (workers) |
helinues:Are u still in this planet earth because u re always so disgusting in all ur ways. |
Even the brainless Reno omokri who will not hesitate to abuse even his mother if that will give him the social media attention he seeks like breath itself is also jubilating while mocking Peter Obi. Until one dollar sells for below #600 around where the eternal mumu buhari left it, Tinubu and his confused aides are all mad. |
Hawkersv:useless government officials. Until one dollar sells below #600 around where the eternal mumu - buhari left it, Tinubu and all his confused aides are all mad. |
Kosiso12:government of lies and propaganda. A man that assembled machanics, touts as bishops during campaigns will not cease to amaze |
Pecoleee345:that show the government officials are the ones manipulating inflation to impoverish and kill Nigerians |
Anambra1stSonTV:something they could ve ordinarily afford but can't because of the peanuts paid by Anambra state government as salaries. Even those that will get the laptops would ve paid several kickbacks to be enlisted. |
Having witnessed and followed the two dominant parties - PDP & APC since 1999, there is no doubt about the capacities of these two parties. PDP from the onset showed the organizational power and capability to lead a national government. Right from Obasanjo, Yaradua and Jonathan, they tried more in building a sustained team and that's why when Obasanjo left, the 'Team' rather than overlooked when Yaradua came in was rather reinforced right to the Jonathan's era. APC on the other hand was so unprepared that the government depended on one person who unfortunately was so bigoted and depended on his kinsmen who were ignorant and completely bereft of the workings of a modern governance, leadership and society. They went in with the mindset, it was their turn. The same thing is happening in Tinubu's government - kinsmen and the government has resorted to endless trial and error amidst lies and propaganda... |
seunmsg:government of lies and propaganda. Always churning out unverifiable and false statistics |
Richtaiwo:That's how miserably foolish you are. The money will come from the various warehouses and underground tanks your governors and government officials hide away your money for termites to feast on rather than you having a chance to survival. |
EponObi:thoughtfully stated but what you failed to understand is that the government and organised Labour are all in this together. They are having a huge laugh over the planned proposal cum expectation. and as you wisely stated, the negotiations would go on endlessly. |
EponObi:thoughtfully stated but what you failed to understand is that the government and organised Labour are all in this together. They are having a huge laugh over the planned proposal cum expectation. |
I am a civil servant in Anambra. I didn't only vote for Obi, I also influenced hundreds of votes for him. He should have been the president if not for corruption, tribalism, religion etc. Tinubu as well also got quantum of votes especially from the uneducated populations in the north and southwest, including 'bigots'. Today Nigeria is in total economic mess which affects only the poor, sadly, over 80% of the country's population. My salary at level 08 in Anambra is paltry 47k and within the short time Tinubu has been in power, I've had to borrow from my salary account - FCMB that my take home is now 11k after various deductions from my channels within the bank. I have a wife and 3kids however, we've never gone hungry even for a second. How that happens I can't even explain. I only read news of terrible sufferings in the north and southwest and that seem alien to me and people around my locality. Sometimes I wonder if there is force(s) behind the provision. My name is Chineme which means God is The One doing in translation. Even with my take home salary I never at any point worried about what to eat tomorrow because in my heart, God will always provide and He has been doing just that. We can still save ourselves if we can wisen up. It's never about ethnicity or religion but subjugation of our mindset. Among the elites, there is hardly tribalism or religion. The ones you see during the electioneering campaigns are all scripts to continue the subjugation of the masses. |
When other state governors are looking for ways to cushion the effects of the terrible economic hardship, implementing allowances, wage awards. A small state like Ekiti immediately followed suit the federal government on the 35k wage award and so do many other states. What Soludo could add for Anambra state workers is 12k. As if that was not enough, he removed the 12k in the January salary claiming it was just for 3months even at a time prize of goods and services keep rising astronomically daily. The state governments' allocations since Tinubu came in have increased tremendously and Anambra state's IGR has increased as well. The Dubai/Taiwan he promised Anambrarians is of course a laughable illusion that Anambrarians are now asking for the state to come back how it was during the previous governments. Refuse are left for several months before clearing. Touts have taking over the nooks and corners of the state. At level 8, my salary as a Anambra civil servant is 47k in this terrible inflation. Among the various failings of the Obiano administration, the choice of Soludo stood out... |
