aside that, i was actually suprised when someone told me assuredly that if u are posted to a good place, in 5years or less, you will be made for life.. wait like seriously

where are these good places

it seems no one has reliable information about when the list ll be out. Though the CGC has submitted his handover note before the swearing in of the president last month. This may also cause the delay in the recruitment process

I think they are taking too long.

FRSC closed site for application 28th March, 2018. shortlist was done in November. So NCS can also stretch till December. Na there way. Only those that has connections or bought slot ll make the list.

About 85k for a bsc holder so if you're posted in a bad location left with your salary only you might suffer

I just tire for all this their baseless arguments.... connection or no connection, whatever will be will be.....my cousin from my mother's side got this same customs job 2011 without knowing any single soul...all na luck.. people should stop putting unnecessary anxiety on others...me that thought I had connection nko, they are giving me an impossible demand

I'm working at a plaza very close to FCC HQ, FRSC HQ, FCSC HQ and CUSTOM HQ at wuse here.... I see them everyday and I relate with a few of them everyday.....

Take it or leave, some low rank officers are richer and well connected to most officers with three stars.....
They're the ones making cool cash for the ogas dem!!


I have one Assistant Comptroller General as a friend.... I will tell you, he's begging to even get his daughter this job!!

Bro I think that is what they will do. NCS is not like federal fire service, immigration, prisons or other paramilitary where they gather people like sardines and still screen many out. Nigerian customs stand out in how they do their things.
Mark my words, shortlisted applicants stand 95% chance of getting the job. The other 5% may be due to factors like; Not presenting authentic or complete credentials during screening, height defect, having a form of disability, not showing up during screening etc. The slots of those that will be screened out will be given to other applicants(with connection tho).

Why do you think some applicants are paying as much as 300k-400k to their agents? It's only for them to be shortlisted & not for any aptitude test or thereabout.

I hope the Teachers of staff schools of Federal colleges of Education are also included in this arrangement/agreement because they (Teachers of Federal colleges staff schools)were also laid off from Federal govt pay roll by the same directive that affected Teachers University staff school
