Frankrobbn1: drdamy, A bank statement is valid for 3-4weeks towards the time of visa application. So, printing a bank statement that ended in December ( 3 months ago) and submitting your application in March makes no sense Sir! True, Quite ironic because the guys over the counter will cross check each documents during the pre-submission and submission stage and reject the application if it doesn’t meet requirements so how’s December statement possible anyway? |

olugere: Paper route Vs online route which is better Boss, this has been answered severally and it depends on the individual, the online is easier with comfort from home, usually allows only a few documents and should be brief while the paper route supports bulk of documents and lots of explanations can be done with proofs. Success! |

Frankrobbn1: No it's not mandatory as the Visa officers don't regard Company bank statement. It should be regarded but important to add along side a personal bank statement of the sponsor with a substantial amount... |

@Vibrant99 don’t you quote me if you don’t believe that everything is God’s doing. If you don’t choose to see life as God the creator and giver of things to those who/who donot strive then you need to see life from a different perspective onwards!

sogima: Thanks for your response, want to know if your admission was conditional and if you are required to make any mandatory payment before applying for visa Windsor’s tuition is on the high side and they often require you to make a deposit to get you fully admitted and get an unconditional letter for visa app. I experienced this a few months back. Goodluck anyways! |

Thebushboy1: Good evening house,
I just printed out my bank statement from the nearest bank and a friend just told me I need a cover letter from the bank to add to it. How true is this? It’s necessary to have a Reference letter from your bank stating you are the sole signatory and the account has been satisfactorily run. Play safe by getting it! Regards! |

Congrats on your medical request and please don’t delay in responding since you always form ‘bad guy’ with these CIC people! @Jnyuwa02 I hope you don’t mind me reminding you this is Nigeria and every of your sentences and utterances count! justwise: Are you sure about this? Why would they not keep those documents? There’s a probability that they are been kept for record purposes but only for a short period of time and so one has to be plain and honest or rather make corrections to previous histories and not deny. NB: just my assumption. |

You're just complicating issues for yourself. What has your brothers tuition receipts got to do with your application? Previously you made mention of adding their acceptance letters to your application and I cautioned you about it and now tuition receipts. Go on okay. Continue giving the Visa officer reasons to refuse your visa. Later you come here and say your village people are the ones cheasing you. Also show them your brothers flight tickets to convince them that they travelled to Canada by air and not by foot.
All the best! LOL.....oga you savage! |

chatmate: You mean 5m covers his tuition and expenses. And like how much do I need to have in my bank statement...as good balance to sponsor. I work and earn monthly by the way...
Thanks a lot Hello, I only gave an example (E.G) in my last post. He is in a better position to give you the full breakdown of his expenses. You should endeavor to get more information from him and ask him how much he’ll require. After all the financial support, you should be left with a reasonable bank balance. PS:When you mean fully sponsoring you should be reminded that the funds are not for showing sake but they will actually be used. |

chatmate: Hello guys,
Can someone tell me how much does one need to have in account to sponsor a brother? And also to transfer to his account for fees and expenses
Is it that transferring the money to his account then from his account to pay for the school first year or how does that part works...
I read some part on this forum about 25kcad and the 20m. Is that d minimum.... lesser amount? Maybe.
Thanks a lot Hello, Your question is quite unclear, You can have his tuition and living expenses transferred to his account or paid to the school directly with a reciept or proof and a good balance left, Not forgetting to show your proof of steady income. E.g His tuition 2m + 3m living expenses paid to his account, you should have a good balance left especially if you still have other dependants left. Goodluck to you both! |

Dennis2000: No my dad isn't sponsoring all the money their parents is also sponsoring them but my dad will just support them little their parents have 8 million closing bal And my dad also include another bank statement of account that has a closing bal of 6million If you haven’t applied you need to prepare better. Living expenses for your cousins cost about 3m each which amounts to 6m...where’s the tuition fee out of 8m?? As for you, you will be safer if your fees are not on the high side and your dad doesn’t have so many other dependants and a steady flow of income. For your cousins, the funds available is too little, I’ll advise their parents show more funds with source of income. I feel applying individually will save you panic! Goodluck if you applied already!! |
