The last comment was twisted

"People of Ikwerre LGA if you see Amaechi in your polling unit, beat him up or kill him because he is no longer a Governor"

As a citizen from Ikwerre, Amaechi is entitled to only one vote and that vote can only cast in his ward. The Electoral Act does not permit him to gallivant during election period.

Moreover, during the last general election, Amaechi was chased out of a polling unit in Rumuokuta and Omagwa towns even as the out- going governor then, how much more now that he’s not a governor. The people of Ikwerre do not need Wike to tell them to chase Amaechi out of a polling Unit, they did it during the last election without Wike telling them to

its a shame when people like u base ur arguement on sentiment and partizanship, when a man performs, you acknowladge him and when he fails u condemn him. Amaechi's legacy will remain for posterity to judge. Just to mention a few of these projects, 1) modern primary & secondry schools 2) primary health centres with resident Dr. 3) Afam power station buildt from scratch to finish 4) cassava processing factory, fish and banana plantation and farms 5) dualization of Ada george rd, 6) ring road 7) greater PH cool Amesimaka stadium 9) G. 5.Wearing trousers

Honestly sometimes I felt like asking these dumb preachers to shut up anytime they utter this nonsense “If you are a woman wearing troussy, you will go to hell” lol! Do you know they usually use that word “troussy”?

Deuteronomy 22:5 says: “A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman’s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God.”

Like many of the statutes, this law had to do with pagan customs of the time, and as we will see, does not refer to women wearing pants. The

Does Deuteronomy 22:5 forbid women from wearing pants? No, it doesn’t. In fact, even men in the Middle East through the history of the Old and New Testaments did not wear pants; they wore a robe like garment. However, there is an underlying principle that applies today. Men should dress in an appropriately masculine manner and women should dress in an appropriately feminine manner. Clothing manufacturers make pants designed for men and pants designed for women.

But lets face it,we all know that some women wear trousers in a seductive manner and some wear jeggins as they call it or body tight that reveals their curves provocatively and we don’t need a preacher to tell us this is not right. If you need to wear a tight trousers then wear a top that covers your buttocks so that you wil not cause others to sin and you will also appear decent.

Wearing trouser as a lady in a decent manner is sinless but when you cross the line then you and I know that is a sinful act.
Dressing is cultural and to the best of my knowladge trouser is not part of our dressing culture for women in this part of the world like wise in other climes before it was introduced by a french designer in the sixty's. Therefore wearing trouser here is a sin

My friend used to tell me, all Ebonyi people are the same. He used to erroneously call everybody from Ebonyi "Nwa Abakeleke" until he landed into one who felt berated by this tag. Ebonyi is a state in Eastern Nigeria predominantly populated by Igbo people. But since their creation, other Igbo State still insult the people for apparent lack of development, and education.

People from Ebonyi are stereotyped to be savages, fight easily at slight provocation, crude, ruthless, hostile and maybe unclean to marry from other Igbo tribes. Many people who criticise Ebonyi have never been there all their lives, yet they know that there are only bushes and dangerous people in the state.

Ebonyi is not a one tribe state. Abakaliki is an area in the state and not the whole people. Many part of Ebonyi does not even share any cultural or language similarities with the other tribes in the state. Eg the Igboesa clan( a close related cluster of seven communities Nkalagu, Amaezu, Ezillo, Umuhuali, Obeagu, Iyionu in the boundary of the state. They share the same language with Eha-Amufu and part of Nkanu both in Enugu. These people will hate you if you ever call them derogatory names or so called 'Nwa Abakeleke'. It is a big slight on them. There are other tribes in Ebonyi like in Ivo who are separate entities and are 'just' part of Ebonyi.

People from other states in East are asked about their towns, but once you are from Ebonyi, u are stereotyped and mockery made of you.
"Nwa Abakeleke' becomes your tag.
