Igbos will never be savvy in politics. Guess one can't eat his cake and have it. They already ate the business cake. They shld learn not to be dogmatic in reasons/philosophy. Igbos are more emotive than cognitive It's idiotic& stewpid of you to toll this line of reasoning. It shows how low you are. What is your concern if we, Ndi Igbo decided to go for PDP? Why take panadol for someone else's headache? What's your guarantee that you will be favoured by APC government? For your information, we do not care for any of such posts? We have been in such position before after the Biafran civil war and we did not die; we have grown from strength to strength as a tribe, despite the occasionally perceived differences. Also, we, as a tribe, do not need the government to develop ourselves. Your APC government will need us to develop itself. Once again, weep not for us but for yourself and your tribe. I believe you have not heard of austerity measures and what they prevent. I you have, you would be appreciating Buhari and chastising GEJ. Enlighten me more of the austerity measures so I can decide for Buhari. |

mikolo80: for your mind Jonathan is that leader abi. AntiCorruption is the presidents no. 1 job.he needs to make sure ministers don't steal so they can implement budgets connect the dots has Jona delivered power, food, jobs or security? Between the two, I am yet to decide. But I think Jona has started some meaningful projects in power, food and job. May be the impact of these is small, at least, there is an impact. The sector heavily hampered under Jona is security. For Buhari, I am not sure that he can take this nation to the next level. He has ruled and fought corruption, which took much of his time as our leader and many people suffered. Take this instance into perspective, around 1983-85, Gen Buhari closed down most canteens in our universities just because of corruption which marred the management of these canteens. The result of this act was that many suffered to buy things they would need. In fact, oga Jona doing his Ph.D. then, had to stand in line throughout the night to buy just 2 tins of milk. Hope this is not the kind of government you want from Buhari? |

My aunty and her little son were in the crushed bus. My thoughts are stuck on them. Thinking of the great pains they felt and the unrealized hope of people extricating them they had before their demise. Not just that, she was the livewire of the family with her petty trade at Mile 12 market since her husband is suffering from or only recovering from a long term stroke. I feel for the children and the husband, my uncle. God gave and He has taken. He knows why? I won't question Him. I will only pray that He rests them in His abode. Aunty, your thoughts will be in my heart. Its an honour having known you. Jee nke oma! |

Ayoj: Pls sm1 shd help me,how do I change my cv saved wth docx to pdf wth a blackberry phone, cos it doesn't upload wen I try thanks Its not about converting to pdf; it is about the size of your file. If the files are large, your phone's browsers will not be able to upload. It goes with doc. for cv, academic certificates & state and lg certificates. Others with jpeg can go. |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: FAAN RECRUITMENT EXERCISE by Mopolchi: 11:22am On Jan 17, 2015 |
I just did mine now since 3am that I woke up and was applying and reapplying . The site na war ooooo. I say I no go give up until now wey I see submission sucessful . Thanks for those who suggested one thing or the other in order to help me . The secret for those wey still dey suffer to submit: Do not give up. Just do this: Try resizing your pictures so as they will be below 100kb or btw 50kb 0r 80kb. After doing that, save the jpeg pictures of your academic certificates together in doc.=277kb Do the same for your state and LG. Then, leave that of your passport and NIN or Intl passport or driver's licence in jpeg still below 100kb. Then upload and submit . I discovered, while using phone, that it ends up rotating endlessly without submitting because of the sizes of the documents attached. If your documents are above 100kb then the browsers will take time to upload them and in that course the data from your supplier may trip off and it goes endlessly. So I tried computer Mozilla after these experiences now and it uploaded quickly and submit. So try this. |

Mogambo1: Please, how do I locate inec office in Awka? Just get to Arroma, Awka. When you reach there, look around or ask for ABS station. By the fence of ABS, you will see a road leading to Ekwueme Square. Follow that road to the end of it, which is the Square proper, then turn left in front of the Square, walking down the road, you will first see ASUBEB building on that road, next building you will see is INEC office. It is at the back of ABS station, which you saw at the Awka-Enugu expressway. You will see election candidates' application forms hanged outside the wall. Go with the printout and biro. |
