Politics › Re: G-5 Govs: ‘i’m Elephant, I Can’t Be Taken By Surprise,’ Says Atiku by Moredanaconquer: 9:35pm On Dec 30, 2022 |
lawyer: There is a lot of dislike for Atiku which is quite understandable but everyone is ignoring the fact that it was PDP as a whole that chose Atiku to be its flag bearer. They didn't choose Anyim, Udom, Fayose, Dele Momodu, or Wike as their Flag bearer but Atiku. Many delegates in the South-South and South-East voted for Atiku rather than their kinsmen despite the heavy bribery and dollar rain thrown around by each southern candidate to vote for them. At the end of the day, the party chose to pick Atiku. Even Wike said he would work with whoever the flag bearer ends up with but all this G-5 nonsense by these governors is uncalled for.
If they hated Atiku so much, why not leave the party? Why stay in the party and continue with anti-party activities? Many people would be happy with what is going on in PDP but at the end of the day, if APC wins irrespective of whether you are an Obi-dient or Atikulate, the South-South and South-East loses because Tinubu is a maverick politician and power would never shift to either Labour or PDP in 16 years. If Obi loses the election, many of Obi supporters would abandon Labour and realise that only Pdp can give them an Igbo President.
If the G5 continues to destroy the party from within, what are the chances of an Igbo president in 2027 if Obi does not win now? Politics should not be played with emotions but with raw facts and intelligence. Atiku is right to ignore these people and campaign on his own without them. Whether they support him or not, it's only God that creates leaders, not Men. Nobody knows who would win but those playing God under the guise of G5 to engage in anti-party activities would be humbled in the end.
Finally, be afraid of a Man that does not speak but is working underground. Almost everyone has underrated Atiku's chances. Atiku is too experienced in this game to be fazed by all these things. When we are getting close to the election I expect Atiku to use his last card which are the Northern clerics, Imans, Emirs, Miyetti Allah, and Northern Elders Forum to close ranks for their son including the registered underage voters, the IDPs in the Northern, the Tawakalitus, Poor people in the North, the imported mercenaries from Niger and Mali and finally The North's quest to always hold onto power irrespective of who is sitting on that chair. Hate or like this method, he wants to win and would do everything to win. He knows he holds the aces based on the numbers of the voting population in the North and every Obi-dient or Batist should be silently worried.
Underate Atiku at your own peril. 30 years of playing this deadly Nigerian Chess game quietly no be yam ooo! U are a novice |

flexyrule: My dear Igbos,
Between 2010 to 2011, I was in Mubi, Adamawa state when the boko haram Insurgency started making headlines.
"The locals" then hailed the actions of Mamman Yusuf and his boys, claiming that, it was the Islamic way of sanitizing the corrupt Nigerian system.
Fast forward to 2013, two years after I left the region, Mubi and the neighbouring towns became strongholds for the boko haram insurgents.
This Unknown gunmen, IPOB and ESN you guys are playing with, it is gradually metamorphosing into a regional civil war. Just like the boko haram Insurgency, it is a war of Igbos against Igbos.
Today, the east that used to be the destination of every Igbo man during the Christmas period is gradually being deserted. Igbos outside the region cannot return home to celebrate Christmas, those at home cannot move around and sleep with their eyes closed again. Someone having the best of life overseas is inciting you people to kill yourselves.
Do not be fooled, the crises going on is a war of Igbos against Igbos, and it doesn't affect the government in anyway. You cannot cut your nose, to spite your face!
Your population is growing smaller, and the region is gradually slipping back into civil war... Just that this time around, it would be a war of Igbos against Igbos.
Thank God you guys know that in this country, we already have more than enough problems, and nobody gives a sh*t about anybody.
The government would just fold their arms and watch you guys kill yourselves... Well said |

AtikuOkowa: The game is going as set.
Shehu Sani advised them to endorse whoever they want to edorse
(1)This means any governor, from North or south can go outside party line open or hiden to work for any candidate...no more excuse to give to Northerners or Southerners again.
(2)G5 have never have their supporters increased. It is just illusion. Because their so called so supporters are APC and LP supporters that are pushing them against their party. Once they go for a single candisate, the other party will pullout from supporting them any more and the naration will change.
(3)If G5 go for different candidates, their aim is again meaningless and if would not achieve anything, because the responders will go for PDP unitedly.
(4)There would be major rivals in South, while gradually there is only one candidate from the South.
(5)The final shock greater than that of Tambuwal is to come on february. What are u saying? |

Some people outside Igbo land who are desperate to dictate to the igbos are now hiding under the cloak of unknown gunmen to wreck havoc. This is the same people that killed Dora Akunyilis husband.
