Romania is an E.U country meaning if u graduate from there u can work in any European country with your certificate and once u gain dey passport then u are a citizen of any European country. Again student in Romania have free visa to travel to USA on summer to work and make money. And Romania is better than Nigeria and develop than Nigeria. So why are u spilling rubbish?

Nowadays, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is not possible to an English proficiency test like IELTS, TOEFL and no one is sure about how long this situation could continue. So, now most of the universities and institutes have decided to take admission based on Duolingo English Test.

What is the Duolingo English Test?
Duolingo is the modern language proficiency test specially designed for international students. It offers your English proficiency score, a video interview, and a writing sample in an accessible manner. It measures all English language skills including reading, listening, writing and speaking like IELTS and TOEFL. Duolingo English test can be taken anywhere and anytime from a computer even at the convenience of your home which means no traveling to a test center or appointment needed. Not only this Duolingo allows you to share your test scores with an unlimited number of institutes that too free of cost.
Hardware requirements for Duolingo English Test
The following things are required for the Duolingo English Test:

You need a computer/Laptop for the test.
You need to have microphones and speakers for the video interview.
A webcam is required and it should be in the center of the screen.
Update the version of your web browsers: Opera and Google Chrome.
Preferably not to use firefox due to the slow speed because of its speed many of the users has complained that firefox does not work properly for Duolingo Test.
Good Internet speed is required - Uploading speed: 1Mbps and Downloading speed: 2Mbps
Your ID proof- original Passport
Rules for Duolingo English Test
Below given rules are essential to follow during exam time

No headphones are permitted
All browser plugins must be disabled.
You are not allowed to look away from the computer screen and not to talk to anyone.
You are not allowed to leave the test tab.
You are not allowed to move out of the camera screen.
Not allowed to access any outside material or devices.
Your ears should be visible.
Duolingo English Test is of 160 Points and 120+ points are considered as good points for top institutions and universities and also helpful at the time of student visa.

Interesting...Now the major hurdle is how to get the VISA because the money required is quite much even more than the budget I have which I was confident should be able to get me in, given I'm a self sponsor. So one has to pay for all tuition for Griffith (11,775 or 12,775 euros after discount) and I'm here thinking 70% to 80% part payment will do at least so I will able to get the edu bond as well. But then again we still need to show bank statement with extra funds with consistent flow or have to explain how you got the large funds. Too many constraints ahead mehn...

Yeah u are right. My brother was saying some bankers can run that stuff for somebody. That u would have a lot of money showing in your account but u would not be able to withdraw the money for some particular time in case the embassy call your bank to confirm it .don't really know how true it is shall. Can't say for now.

Exactly brother Dublin is expensive unless we can get more information on accommodation; how much we should be expecting for rent then one may opt for Dublin and plan ahead. Also part time jobs will help to offset the living expenses.

I have somebody that finish from Griffith college in Dublin and is working now in Dublin. He told me that I should carry at least 700 euros for accommodation but I can might be lucky to see room of 500 euros. But Griffith have hostel shall I might decide to stay in their hostel before I go settle down to rent my own house

Please house, I'm looking at MSC network and information security at Grifith College Limerick or cork instead of Dublin due to the expensive life in Dublin. Anyone there that can give me more knowledge please? Also, how is Limerick or cork in terms of job prospects for part-time jobs as a student and fulltime based on my choice of study?

Also, the information I got on their website is that we will be given 2,000 euros bursary discounts once we get an offer reducing the tuition from 12k to 10k euros. Is this true?

Lastly, if I pay 70% to 80% of the 10k tuition and also pay the 7k euro bond, do I have a chance of getting VISA without tendering any bank statement. I'm self-sponsor and the account inflow will not meet the requirements for that.

Yeah that is for post graduate in cork and Limerick. Thinking of schooling there too but my elder brother keep insisting that it should be Dublin that things happen in Dublin more than the rest town and dey is a better chance of doing work as a student unlike the rest town

But don’t worry—even established YouTube artists go through the same thing every once in a while. The secret is to look for inspiration everywhere—even when you’re out and taking a break from recording. List down your ideas. Check out other videos and build upon their ideas to make them your own.

Avoid comparing yourself to others and focus on your own channel. As long as you like and enjoy the concepts you come up with, your viewers will sense your sincerity and love for your craft, and this will help pique their interest. While you’re at it, take every opportunity to improve and evolve in other areas. Explore other camera filming techniques, editing styles, and approaches to your presentation.
2)Start with Simple Editing Software:
Just because you’re creating videos doesn’t mean you need advanced software (like Final Cut Pro) to edit your content. When in doubt, scope out the competition and check what tags other similar videos are using. Finally, write a good description with at least 200 words, and include your target keywords, synonyms, and long-tail keyword variations. Not only will this help viewers figure out exactly what your video is about, it will also help your video rank in search engine results
4)Build Your Network: While not necessarily categorized as a social networking site, YouTube is all about connecting, sharing, and collaborating with other users. Thus, to be successful, you need to make an effort to build your network. This is particularly critical in the YouTube community, as collaborations among creators have proven effective in helping a channel grow and gain new subscribers because it helps both collaborators gain exposure with the other’s subscriber base.Talk to other creators, make friends, and don’t be afraid to contact larger YouTubers to inquire about a possible collaboration. It can certainly be intimidating, but you won’t get anywhere unless you try!
5) Ignore All the Negative Comments
No matter how big or how small your channel is, there will always be negative comments. After all, YouTube is a hotbed for ruthless people hiding conveniently behind their blank avatars. No matter good your content is and how hard you work on your channel, there will always be people who will make hateful comments and try to bring you down. Instead of letting them affect you, take it as a simple reminder that you can’t please everyone, and don’t forget those who appreciate you and what you do. Seek strength from these people in order to move past the negativity and continue producing content for them.
6)Upload Videos Regularly
Another important tip is to be consistent with your uploads. No matter how imperfect you think your content is, it’s important that you keep getting your videos out there, as it is with podcasting Some YouTube channel owners publish videos once or twice a week and they let their viewers know about this schedule (usually at the end of each video) so viewers know when to check back. This gives a channel a bigger chance of getting a steady flow of views, especially once it gains a number of active subscribers. Once you figure out a convenient schedule that works for you, stick to it. You should be improving and getting more attention in no time.

Duolingo English test is acceptable by both Universities and the Embassy for this year- If considering a January / Feb 2021 intake, please do not take this test yet for Visa application purpose.

If you will be schooling @ ITSligo and your TOEFL / IELTS is within the last 3 years, then its acceptable for both admissions and visa app* strictly for this school only.

The next weeks will be extremely busy especially from June, but we will try to keep ya'll updated.

Irish visa application requirements for 2020/2021 is currently fluid (Adjusting to fit needs and situation at this time).

Few points we will like to advice you to take note of are:

Including a confirmed accommodation for 2 weeks where you will have access to your personal toilet and bathroom- This is not confirmed yet but will go a long way convincing the visa office that you are willing to self isolate on arrival.

Also, the vfs office may be scanning docs to the Irish Embassy in DUBLIN- processing time is advised at 8 weeks but kindly prepare for 10-12 weeks.

By mid June , I think we should be set to stay putting in visa apps.

My advised to u is to apply to another country looking for job online looking for Job. The moment u got the job don't let her know and accurate papers to work in another country. Then cancel your resident permit in that county and automatically her visa will expire. Then travel to the country of your job and give her flight ticket back to naija. If u can do it then u will thank me later
