Lagos, with all the high IGR and high allocation only vomited 35 billion out of the over 1 trillion naira they received within the period under review. This is very shameful for a state that cornered the ports of a whole country. The looting going on in that state is crazy.

FG collects port revenues e.g Import& Export duties and other clearing charges. Not saying Lagos doesn't get more revenue than other states but development projects happening in Lagos can never be attempted by most states in the next decade, so try and think before speaking next time.
