The kiss was a bait... unfortunately or let's say fortunately, the man fell for it.
It is clear the Spanish players are not happy with the federation especially with the recent occurrence that happened before the world cup which made some of their players to miss the tourney.
The man has delivered himself into their hands...he should just resign. |

naptu2: Drama is happening in Spain right now. The Spanish Federation called a press conference and the president of the federation, Luis Rubiales was supposed to announce his resignation because he kissed Jenni Hermoso, but right now at the conference he is shouting that he is not resigning. He said that Jenni lifted him up a bit and he asked her if it was OK and she said OK. My Comrade Two people may shared a kiss but how you go do that on the grand stage? I don't support harassment but inasmuch but if both party are cool with it, no wahala. The only problem is that if it happened in a formal setting which to me is wrong. I really don't want to think these guys at the helm are finding ways to put their 'partners' in the squad. |

Wenger was a great coach. He lost it the moment his Economist instinct started kicking in. I'm an Economist myself...we get this Kain bad behavior. We no like to dey spend. He made top 4 our almighty trophy and our mentality kept sinking. Nothing concern us with the trophy those years If Arteta fails to deliver this season, I don't mind letting him go. However, the job he has done so far to change the mentality of the players and the club overall, he did an excellent job. And that coming from a rookie is highly commendable. |

Jodera: I'm not talking about Martinelli winning goal, I'm solely talking about the performance.
If you remember it vividly, you won't claim that no difference between that match and any of these games this season The performance are not different. A single moment where we lost concentration almost cost us against Forest. Tomi's red card made us sweat against Palace. If our performance against Villa was so convincing, we should have won them convincingly. It is what it is. |

Jodera: Everyone knows convincing performance are matches you dominate, create tons of chances and score goals hardly with the opponent threatening you.
See Man u second leg for example, we so press their neck well and they hardly threatened us even though the score was 3-2 and we scored dying minute goal. You can't compare that with the 2-1 over nothingham Forest where we didn't even score a dying minute goal I'm talking about the matches against Palace and Aston Villa at the start of last season. You termed them convincing while our two matches so far this season are unconvincing. my opinion is that there is no much difference. That's it. |

Akinbahm: Sth hoogggeee and Arteta don start he brain fart tactics again. Well, on the other hand I like it at least it will give opposition false up we are not a threat this season while we keep garnering 3points every match.
What do I mean they are some matches he doesn't need to play beautifully just grind the results and they are some matches we must play beautifully and table result etc.
From my end I believe he is trying to fit in both Rice and Havertz into the system on ground tho he has to tweak his tactics to achieve that hence we Partey playing FB... I sha hope it works out successful. Brain fart? I've not seen one so far. I don't think he is trying to fit in anybody. He just adds variety to our tactic. Havertz gives us the height at the final third which none of our forwards can give. This has also allowed us to be more direct since we have an outlet now. Playing Partey at RB and Timber at LB was to make us less predictable since either can invert perfectly. Zinchenko doesn't suit this role because he is not good defensively. Don't be surprised to see Kiwior at LB next match instead of Zinchenko. |

Roland17: Every season is different. What we are watching are obvious fundamental issues with our tactics that need to be addressed because it is affecting our execution.
Once again, Arteta is complicating simple things and being stubborn about it even with obvious signs. With Tomi suspended, I wait to see what he does with the defense. I know he loves to play at least 3 CBs at the back irrespective of the formation and invert 1 of his fullbacks but this is not looking good tactically.
During the preseason, we saw Tomi get smoked against United when he was fielded as a LB but of course Arteta goes ahead and play him as a LB and the result wasn’t any different because he got smoked again. Executing a new tactic is not as straightforward as you think. It takes a lot of time which is why teams do struggle at the early stage. Zinny will come in for Tomi. One of Partey, Havertz or Rice might get a rest. Or Kiwior might just come in and Partey will take his place at RB. |

Jodera: Only against Crystal palace we didn't dominate them and that's understandable seeing that it's the first match. From the 2nd match we dominated almost everyone from there. Even the first goal that we conceded against Leicester was an unforced error own goal and not because of poor defence.
Moreover, the main reason why I'm worrying is the structure. Even the games against Villa and Fulham were we scored dying minutes goals, we dominated them and created loads of chances from beginning till the end.
All that is lacking this season all because of the structure and Havertz We're still saying the same Jodera... We had to score a late goal to grab the whole 3 points against Aston Villa. How does that imply a convincing performance? The structure is not lacking. Put Havertz at your blindspot and you will see the while picture clearly. |

Roland17: I disagree with the embolden. If anything, a legitimate argument can be made that we have been lucky over the last 2 games. Both games could have ended in draws. While we have gotten 6 points, we have not been convincing and there are serious underlying tactical issues with the way we are executing our plays. You seemed to forget our two matches against Aston Villa and Fulham. Those are the two games where we struggled but had to grind out the wins. Yes, our last two games have not been convincing so also were the first couple of games last season. |

Jodera: Against Leicester wey nack 4-2 wey G.Jesus suppose score at least 4-5 goals?
Abi na against Aston Villa, Fulham and Bournemouth wey we miss chances upon chances and press these 3 teams?
My brother, I savour last season so much and I can remember vividly almost everything that happened last season Against Crystal Palace, we were under immense pressure until the second goal. The Leceister City game was a bit opened but the fact that we conceded 2 goals said it all. However, my point is that we started building momentum from the second or third game. Same thing can still happen so why worrying? |

Make una calm down o I think most of us have not noticed that Arteta has tweaked his formation a bit. Something I noticed since the first match is that we have become more fluid with Saka and Martinelli sometimes coming in. From what I observe, different lineup for different tactic. Make I no dey give unnecessary shalaye abeg...let's just told our hands and watch. Na here we dey, If Arteta mess up again, we go show am pepper. As for Havertz, his Chelsea reputation has a lot to do with his recent criticisms at Arsenal. Jorginho and Havertz are the two signings I was initially against. I've been able to understand the reason behind Jorginho' s signing. He offers us something different. Time is running out for Havertz to prove himself too. For now, we watch. |
