Schemerkhiz: Halimatu Ayinde is not a natural Defensive midfielder... the team lack a natural Ball winner in the midfield. The Coaches should bring back Evelyn Nwabuoku or better still a Younger DM like Christy Ucheibe, Osarenoma Igbinovia is also a good player in that position. The sad part is that none of those players you mentioned were in that squad. This coach must be clueless. |

it is glaring, super Falcons need fresh blood. Those old mamas should retire. EBI and Ohale are good, we need more reliable CBs in case both are injured Ayinde is good but she need a decent back up Chikwelu is heavy, she is good too but an energetic alternatives won't be a bad idea Okobi, she is good but she needs a back up too.Ajibade is not mobile enough to play her role.i would suggest Oshoala be moved to the AM. Umotong should be able to give Desire a stiff competition. our wingers are good....Dike Franny. who else? Oluehi has already prove herself,we need a reliable back up also. Dennerby has been dissapointing but i will still give him a benefit of doubt. |

China will tackle the super falcons tomorrow at the China invitational tournaments. The winner will play who ever wins between Romania and Korea for the trophy (if there is any ) The super falcons squad are made up of mainly those who won the AWCON at Ghana. The notably absentees are oshoala and Desire. I think Desire is not yet fit and Oshoala is excused. However there are two new additions , Patricia George (Rwb/Rb) and Ini Umotong (CF) Patricia won't be at the tournament due to passport issue though . sorry for derailing the thread. |

With the presidential campaigns in full gear,I have come across many campaign pictures that left me in awe. Never knew naija get good and standard stadium especially the one in kogi state. Nigerian leaders can maintain a stadium for their political rally but when it comes to sport, they act unchallantly . SMH ..am tired of naija already. |

Anam Imo and Amarachi Okoronkwo have both signed for Hungarian top side, Ferencvarosi Torna Club. The team is the top team in Hungary and play in the UEFA champions league. one Gbolahan Salami signs for one club in Saudi Arabia division 2 I think the girls are more ambitious than the guys though |

ChrisKels: Who else is worried about the dearth of young quality Centre backs coming through the ranks, with Balogun aged, Omeruo and Ekong in their mid twenties? Did u know the last time our youth system produced a Centre back that made it to the Super Eagles was in 2009, Omeruo? Of all the quality players paraded by both Manu in 2013 and Amunike in 2015, not even a single Centre back still has his mojo intact, they have all faded away, Bello, Abubakar, Zakari et al. let's just hope Adeleye, Stephen Eze ,Orji and other home based live up to expectations or else we go prostrate and beg those FB to play for us |

Congratulations girls, congratulations Nasarawa ladies, who will get some extra cash from the deals. They should go to their clubs after the friendlies in China. The faith and influence of Dennerby is paying. The ladies can only improve, although it is just one year contract to start, but the players are raw diamonds. congratulations to them... they should make us proud |
