Total dividend (apart from the 3 interim dividends for q1, q2 and Q3). is 6.9cents which is = N111

The good thing about buying presco at this point is the fact that you still get to enjoy 2024 dividend of N42.
The q1 result is another big plus.

I just got a reply from one operative of Veritas Registrar saying i should fill e-dividend mandate and forward the same to them. This is an account i have been receiving Zenith bank dividend for years. Well, i have no choice but fill out this form and return to them. i will not allow them chop my dividend. In share business patience is very important. Though, i am pissed off by this recent directive.

That is their way. It will take another two months before they act

Something tells me the registrars deliberately hold on to these dividends either alone or in collaboration with the banks.
I have had several experiences including one with Total energies. That of total was that I had been mandated and recieving dividends for over 4yrs then suddenly they stopped paying. When I called they said file a new dividend mandate. I did so. It took a petition to SEC which I copied the company and the registrar, for my outstanding dividends to be paid.

Right now my GTco and Zenith are outstanding.

Datamax asked me to call them last Friday and when I did they refused to pick.

Na SEC route I go follow again be that. It's very unfortunate why these things happen even when the regulators claim they want to end the issue of unclaimed dividends.

Over taxation want kill this company. They paid over 85% of profit to govt as tax.
But the increase in dividend is appreciated from 3 cents to 4.6cents that's like 24% increase.
