Zagee: Just stumbled on NTA International by chance only to see on the 4pm news that the IGP is leading-on the public to pick-up third party vehicle insurance. I heard its been enforced in Lagos according to the superintendent. We have always been doing 3rd party insurance on renewal of car particulars. |

Sunrisepebble: Honestly thinking of selling all my access and rotating the money into my UGZ. But every analyst report I read the PT is N40 I like Gtco and zenith because their respective OS remain less than 40billion post-recapitalisation. They have less Not the same for Access and uba. Uba will have like 45billion shares after the first round, while Access has over 53billion Os. Eps, dividends and price appreciation will all be affected by OS. |

Sunrisepebble: GTCO Public Offer was undersubscribed. They will have to find other means to raise money. I think they needed N300bn to meet up with the CBN's target
"GTCO yesterday announced receipt of regulatory approval for a total of N209.41 billion, representing 52.3 per cent of the total offer size"
https://thenationonlineng.net/gtbank-raises-n209b-in-public-offer/ They should simply pump the price on the floor to N100 and do 1billion units private placement. That should solve every problem. |
