It should be a pre-requisite that public officer holders should close their domiciliary account
You think they use their own domiciliary account to launder money?

Why should you fund a domiciliary account physically?
Is dollar the Nigerian currency?
seems we have gotten so used to doing the wrong thing, we think it is normal.
So why do we have BDCs?

Are they operating illegally?

Please don't laugh at my seeming ignorance in this regard, but I have a question...

Do they need water and gas to transmit the light?
I thought it's either of the two?
You don't need water nor gas to transmit power. You need cable conductors.

However, power generation in this country is done by gas at some power stations and water at other power stations.

e.g Afam power station in rivers state uses gas. Kainji dam uses water.

Our problem is power generation not transmission. Generation improves when water level in the dam rises or when there is improved gas supply.

Hope this helps

the rains are long over in the southwest. Still yet there's improvement of electricity supply.

Oga Buhari,thank you oooo!!! cheesy
This is August and you are saying rainy season is over huh

It will take till October for the water level to go down. I hope you will still shout 'thank you Buhari' after october..
Politics › Re: Power Supply Is Almost Constant In My Area. Why? What Happened?? by mployer(m): 1:20pm On Aug 02, 2015
It is normal for power generation to improve during rainy season. The water level in the dam is high resulting in higher power output.

enjoy it while it lasts, the party won't be long grin

If you are running a genuine domiciliary account, dollar transfer is very well allowed. That was transactions are tracked. Google and listen to the Diamond Bank CEO explanation, you will damage ignorance afterwards.
You don't know what you are saying.

Dollar transfer is only allowed electronically. How do you intend to fund your domiciliary account electronically when you are in naija and has no means of earning dollar from overseas?

btw, what do you mean by illegal domiciliary account?

loifez123:
Dollar is crashing already. As at yesterday it was at 218 from 245 (I went to buy dollar from mallam so I am 101% sure.

We are too given to shortcuts which is why people shout when measures are put in place to safeguard the Naira. Should we have continued encouraging importation of goods we can manufacture locally which will in turn encourage exportation and bring value to the Nairahuh

The panic buying was just for a short while and the ban is beginning to pay off..... Dollar is crashing big time.... if in doubt, call your bureau de change operator to confirm before quoting me and saying shenanigans.........
The crash is cosmetic, there is nothing real in it.

Who will buy dollar when bank will not allow you deposit dollar in your account? How do you operate a domiciliary account without making deposits?...and how do you intent to run an economy without domiciliary account?

The moment they lift ban on dollar deposit(which must happen) dollar will start rising sharply again.

But seriously is PMB just after stolen money, ?? Because as far am concerned I have not seen any clear cut objectives of the government, all we hear everyday is we are working with America to recover the stolen funds, we have tabled our request to G7, we want to fight corruption, Abeg someone should tell PMB while the almighty America is recovering Nigeria stolen funds he should get busy with other things abeg.

Because as it's PMB looks confused or overwhelmed being a president.
Its seems you don't understand the trick.
