- The security agents made contact with the terrorists. Engaged them, but no casualty was recorded. Neither on the side of the terrorists nor on the side of the security agents.

- While the security agents were still present, the terrorists were able to escape with unknown but large number of captives.

- Treked for 5 days unhindered, from somewhere around Kaduna to somewhere around Niger state.

All these points to complicity or incompetence (or both) on the part of security agents. Whatever the case, this is one of the hallmarks of a failed state.

Left to Buhari he doesn't mind borrowing from even loan apps.

Thank you. I am in concurrence with you that Putin miscalculated. I also agree that he would have had a leverage and an advantage by just massing up his troops on Ukraine's border. A threat of an invasion would have been more potent than an actual invasion. It would have kept the West guessing about Russia's motives and capabilities. That was actually what was happening before Putin invaded. But now he has shown his hand.

Who knows, he might have a surprise up his sleeves. Hopefully, it is not the nuke.

That's been their goal all along. To establish a base very close to Russia. It's all about economic power.
