I think those are pms( pre menstrual syndrome ) they usually come up 2 weeks into menstrual circle, though it does not apply to all ladies. I go through this pms thing too, i can be very emotional, cranky, irritable, not feeling loved and all that. It has got nothing to do with mental health at all, normal ladies atuffs.
