might be different on your own case but I have lost many domains to it and I have participated in some of the auctions and lost.

If you don't mind sharing, what were the things you started doing differently after the "refresher course"? Surely, the quality of your acquisitions must have improved drastically, but asides that, is it amendment of your sales letter? Time of outbounding? Changing of the email account with which you outbound? Mode of outbounding (mass/manual)? Or something else?

If you hold the first domain name long enough, you'll probably get a sale. You need to find new leads for the second domain name. It should sell in no time at all.

It started by reducing the number of sales per month to not selling any domain name last month. Luckily, small sale just came in today. Jahbless.

I guess a part of the issue is not increasing one's portfolio in quantity and quality. Not my fault though, I funded myself and my finals from this biz revenues.

As for the blogging idea, I used to be one since 2013 until i stopped in 2017 due to low traffic. I'm scared of that hustle. Many ran away from it.

They charge you after they catch the name for you cos they are not sure if they will be able to catch it for you.

you have to place backorder on sav but they can't compete with the top dropcatching registrar and it costs just 7.95 but if more than one person use the service on a domain,they will place it on auction for 2 weeks and the highest bidder wins.

And forget whether something like "U1 Domains" is displayed on the lander; it's only a nickname if it's an individual seller. Your real name is what shows up on the invoice.

What if that real name doesn't match with the one you use in your emails? That's the point fergusen was trying to make, I guess.



You're there. I noticed that two in the first set of domains I added to watchlist were registered at Sav.

However, when I tried Sav yesterday I saw a message that they'd only attempt to catch domains on their pending delete list, although you're free to submit any other. The only one I submitted there was caught by the bully called DropCatch.

and if you're not the only one that backorder a name from sav,the name will go into auction just like dropcatch.

Yeah, I knew about the drop-catching services. I have just never tried using them before now - 69 bucks no be here. Same with the ExpiredDomains watchlist. I simply just go for available dropped names.

Suddenly, it seems like there's no valuable dropped domains again (to me) since I tried this watchlist feature. All my shortlisted names are being caught. Na wa.

same here,some people are now using sav backordering service ,if the names on your watchlist are not back ordered by the top drop catching services,then sav will catch it for you for $7.99

How do I convince this end user that its not a scam?

tell the end-user that the marketplace is safe and secure that he can make payment without any issue,and on the issue of scam,tell him that the marketplace serve as escrow that you will not get the money until the domain is transferred to him.wait for other inputs.
