It may not be about the filters. In the menu choose between pending delete and deleted domains you might view more pages.

In The filters look for length for both word length and letters/characters length.

They don't refund. They keep the money for you in there safe, for your next buy/purchase.

When next you are purchasing a domain, you will see the funds, click on it and your transaction will process with ease. But if you truly want a refund, send an email to that effect and it will be processed.
