Borderline is most prevalent in females & it is also known as a "female version of a psychopath". RAGE is a very common trait of Cluster B disorders. If you check the sites I mentioned, you'll see stories of men dating/married to borderline females & the physical/emotional abuse they face at the hands of these females. Unlike Bipolar, Borderline mood swings happen in minutes/hours, so yes, they're always pissed off because they experience these dramatic mood shifts within a short space of time, within a day.

I can't believe you're asking me about serial killers & mental disorders. Pick up a book or research it yourself. Ted Bundy, the posterboy of all serial killers, suffered from borderline personality disorder, coupled with Bipolar etc, says the psychological evaluation/pathology during his trial. Read up also on people like Richard Ramirez, Ed Gein & the rest of them killers. One common theme, they had disordered personalities (they were nuts)-either from bipolar, schizophrenia, borderline, etc.

Unfortunately the writers of those books and the owners of those websites are not medical doctors, so I would take their conclusion viz the individuals diagnosis with a pinch of salt.
Well I do have an idea of these illnesses, at least being an assistant clinical professor in psychiatry should equip me with some information don't you think?

What's your source of information that most prolific serial killers have mental illness? You don't need to have a mental illness to be a serial killer.
And borderline personality patients so are not always pissed off.

The fact that the medications are used to treat persons with bipolar disorder does not mean she has bipolar disorder. Those pills are used to treat other mental and non-mental conditions.

Besides mental illness on its own does not significantly make people more violent than the general population.

Reading through the post it looks like she has borderline personality disorder. Your friend can google it.

A former teacher at C.W. Jefferys Collegiate in northwest Toronto has been arrested in connection with sexually assaulting two students.

"From November 2014 to January 2015, and July 6, 2015 to July 29, 2015, a male teacher sexually assaulted a 19-year-old woman during school hours," police said in a statement Tuesday.

Police are also alleging that in July, "the same male teacher sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl during school hours."

Chinedu Okoro, 49, of Mississauga, has been arrested and charged with six counts of sexual assault and four counts of sexual exploitation.

Police say that Okoro also worked at the Emery Adult Learning Centre on Weston Road from last September to June of this year. They believe there may be more victims.

Amount taken depends on plans for accommodation, travel, personal expenses and miscelleneouus.

If you stay at home or relative you avoid hotel bills but might have to pay for generator and or fuel cost. You also avoid paying for expensive hotel meals. But downside of you are from large and demanding family and wind gets out you are in town get ready to share some currency. In that case as someone suggested change to naira and give a few thousands only. Or go buy drinks for house and share along with any souvenirs you brought.

If you are the outgoing type you might want to budget for drinks with friends, babes, restaurants etc.
Also transport within town and local flight.
Also for the spiritually minded church donation etc.
If you came for a special occasion eg birthday wedding etc that one na another matter
