1st understand why she ended up in the streets;
2nd understand why this babe "supposedly from a good background" cannot get help from her own parents, family, close friends, pastor, imam, acquaintance, neighbors etc;
3rd you need to assess how your "help" gonna solve her problem FOREVER (if the help is just temporary nonsense then its a waste of time)....
