Bitcasa vs Dropbox

Bitcasa is the new upcoming cloud based desktop storage
startup that has grown in expectation over the last few
months as it nears public release in the next few months.

Bitcasa is now in beta testing, and a few have gained early
access to the service, which has received positive
feedback at first impressions. Bitcasa will launch publicly
in the next few months, but will enter a market that has
top names already like DropBox, SugarSync, Box.com,
Mozy, and many others in the consumer cloud based
online storage market.

I’ve been contacted by several people who have
requested to write about how Bitcasa compares to others
in the space, specially on Dropbox, since it seems to be
the most popular out of other competitors due to its large
popularity as a simple to use service.

I’ve noted the pros and cons of how Bitcasa compares to
Drop box so far based on the beta testing phase, which
I’ve been blessed on testing until it’s release to the public.

With weeks until the release of Jay-Z’s next album, the 43-year-old rapper sent fans on a scavenger hunt to publicize details on the upcoming project.

Born Shawn Carter, Jay-Z organized a scavenger hunt in Brooklyn this weekend to unveil the song titles on his ” Magna Carta Holy Grail ” album. Jay-Z ‘s publicist Jana Fleishman took to Twitter to post photos of locations in New York City where fans could find black binders that contained the album’s tracklist.

The categories are divided into two main ones.

After rebranding as CHASE AWARDS, the organisers of the awards which celebrate upcoming artistes and others in the music industry have also made changes in the award categories.

As usual, the award categories are divided into two; ‘Upcoming category’ and ‘General Category’ with the addition of new categories under the two main categories.

‘Graphic Designer of the Year’, ‘Fashion House of the Year’, and ‘International Artiste of the Year’ categories were introduced under the General category, while the upcoming category saw the inclusion of ‘Best New Actor Male and Best New Act Female.

It’s a new beginning and enthralling dawn in the viewing experience of millions of Africans. On Monday July 1, 2013, EbonyLife TV, Africa’s first global black entertainment network, made its debut on DStv platform channel 165, beaming to over 44 countries in the continent.

According to the brain behind the project, Ms Mosunmola ‘Mo’ Abudu, EbonyLife TV, which was formally launched last Sunday at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, has been programmed to “be the preferred global network for premium African entertainment”.

In this interview, Abudu opened up on why she established EbonyLife TV, and why the channel will change the old age perception of Africa as a dark continent of malicious violence, corruption and greed.
