Dear, I'm sure you've heard about natural curl patterns. In case you haven't, it simply refers to the shape of each individual stand of hair follicle and it ranges from wavy to curly and then kinky hair. The chart below explains it better. Type 2 hair is wavy, type 3 hair is curly while type 4 hair is kinky.
Many Nigerians fall into the category of 4c hair, being the kinkiest and most tightly curled of all hair types. Now, it is not possible for one to change their curl pattern because it's in the DNA. You can not also Loosen your curl pattern.
The good news is, you also have tiny little curls that can also pop! 4c hair doesn't retain moisture well and is very prone to frizz and dryness that's why the curls are hardly visible but with enough hydration and conditioning, you can make your little curls to pop. Eco styler alone will not do the trick. You can also check out videos on YouTube of 4c natural hair enthusiasts who have found ways of manipulating their curls.

normally i am transitioning and i usually fix weavon and lose it out a month after, my question is
1. how do you take care of natural hair under the weavon during this period? if the weather is hot the hair becomes dry and when losing it out , the dandruff will be oit of this world, if it rains, it becomes smelly and starts to itch.


2. How do i prevent breakage because by the time i lose.my hair and comb it out, a chunk has gone, after washing a quarter of my hair is in the sink. What can i do for the dandruff and breakage? I have tried a lot of products store bought and homemade.

At least seven people were killed and 18 others seriously injured when a bus carrying wedding guests crashed into an armoured military vehicle in northeast Nigeria, an official said Saturday.

The accident occurred late Friday when the bus full of women and children returning from a wedding collided with the armoured military vehicle outside the town of Azare in Bauchi state.

“The bus driver lost control when one of the front tyres burst just outside Azare and collided with the armoured military vehicle coming from the opposite direction,” transport official Saidu Yusuf Funtua told AFP.

“We took seven dead bodies to hospital with 18 people injured in the accident. All the victims were from the bus,” he said.

Deadly accidents are common on Nigeria’s poorly-maintained roads, often caused by speeding, overloading or reckless driving.
