It hasn't been confirmed yet if spidey would be in civil war(due to the late arrangements),I mean an actor hasn't even been cast yet(are we getting a Miles Morales or Peter Parker spidey? A question not answered yet),and the filming of civil war starts just april here. Even if spidey would be in the movie, it would be just a cameo,I doubt he would have any influence on the storyline.
