I have bought alot from amazon. It doesn't come cheap because of import deposit Which can be refunded if custom didn't charge the item or they charged less than what amazon estimated. Some item I buy direct, some i use a third party shipper.

Did you ever scan it? Your mechanic will need to reproduce the problem. Then check for the presence of fuel, spark and air.

The question is does it crank/crank well? Nothing concern fuel pump if it doesn't. From your first discription all I deduced is that it does not crank. So it's either your battery cable or your kick starter as Gaz said

Experienced brothers what could be the cause? The car starts normally when engine is cool, but when you drive around for some time and then put off the engine, if you try to start it back almost immediately it drags slowly and refuses to start one hand.

Also, the acceleration is poor when trying to ascend a hilly road. Sounds like it's struggling (like exhaust leakage kinda sound), but it's not the exhaust.

I'll appreciate any expert advice on this before I take it to the mechanic, to avoid rip-off.

When this happen does the battery cable get really hot?

2005 Toyota Sienna

Earlier this month my elder brother needed a 2005/2006 sienna. He asked me to help him source for one. I made enquiry here and sent you a message on WhatsApp. You never replied up till today. We had to look for other options after a long wait. I don't know how else one should make enquiry to get at least a reply. If you are selling to a selected few fine, you make it known so one won't be wasting his precious time waiting. If you don't reply WhatsApp messages you make it known. I wasn't impressed at all.

Drain your atf and open the transmission bottom plate, check for dirt. If there is too much dirt like metallic particles, go buy new gear. If the opposite change the atf and see how it goes.

So today I went to MrFord's workshop to pick up the fuel tank cover he bought for me. As we were gisting I called his attention to one of my tyres and he brought out his Tyre pressure gauge. The roadside Vulcanizer told me the tyres gauged 35psi. But Lo and behold one tyre has 50 psi and 2 others has 45 and 47 psi... My people let us all try and get tyre pressure gauge so that all this useless vulcanizers won't send us to heaven before our time. I am ordering mine this evening

Connectiing your fan direct will make your car consume more fuel. Other things can worsen it too. How long have you owned the car? How did you know it consumes more fuel. From your post if I understand you clearly, you said it suddenly started consuming more fuel

My 05 es330 ran p0420 & p0430 codes, something to do with catalyst efficiency.
I used spacers (see pic) and the CEL disappeared. Car has been running 3 months now without issues, only jerks sometimes when I rev from a slow speed.

Question is how will i know if my cats are toast, now that the sensors are not feeding the system accurate data because of the spacers?

You cat has already gone since, reason the code was set. You installed O2 spacer to fool the ecu which you achieved. What else do you want?

Ask your mechanic to smell the oil to confirm if it's engine oil, transmission oil or power steering oil. Then he should start checking from the valve cover to the bottom plate to spot where its leaking from.

OP, my Toyota Camry, 1999 model, has been having fuel pump issues of late. The car begins to jerk and kind of cease after driving for about 5 to 10 mins. By then I guess the fuel pump is hot. I've bought 3 fuel pumps this year yet the problem still persists. What do you think? Could it be an electrical fault?
Secondly, my right back tyre gets bad quickly, within 3 to 4 months. The tyre gets twisted and the car begins to bounce from that side. Two wheel technicians (agbede) have checked it but found nothing wrong, changed the linkage, yet no difference. What could be the problem?
