arabianights:Wow, That's really is a big one! In business, you have to pick your team carefully. Else, they misbehave and people would hold you responsible since they have known you as a team. I'll say congrats on your lucky escape. At least, he didn't scam you or a client before you dusted him off. |
Built2last:Personal insults show lack of proper upbringing, I won't descend so low as to argue with you. Have a great day. |
175:Adesina's candidacy was the first diplomatic masterstroke pulled by the new PMB government. Here is Adesina thanking PMB http://www.dailyafricagist.com/discussion/3805/Headlines/ Meanwhile, Buhari's body language has become a very important course that GEJ is studying o! Ignore it at your peril. |
Silence is consent. Since the APC didn't deny these promises before we voted them, it stands to reason that their silence constitutes tacit approval and approval of these promises on their behalf. Assuming without conceding that APC isn't the author these promises, the campaign group made these promises on behalf of their principal which is the party. Hence, they are bound by the principles of agency. Thirdly, since they were silent and are only coming out to disclaim the promises, the masses who relied on these promises to vote the party have a right to press for the full implementation of these promises. Hence, The APC is estopped from reneging on the promises. |
arabianights:How are you doing and how far with that project? |
Okey Bakassi, God bless you jare. Unlike some folks that popping Baby Mamas everywhere as if they are downloading the babies. God bless your union. @arabianights, I greet you. |
Finally, Introvert and Lady F don get work! |
Many are mad, few are roaming. |
chukwudi44:The offence is a strict-liability offence. It doesn't look at why, it simply states "anyone". If you present statement of yours during his trial, you have done the job of the prosecution and Dasuki is gonna be out of circulation for a long time. I just hope his lawyers are of a more intelligent stock than you are. |
They should be brought back to Nigeria and flogged by a left-handed hausa mopol. |
bigtt76:Former. |
KB007:That is why Dasuki would serve as a scapegoat. Mind you, the law is Nigeria's laws and not USA's. |
Happy Birthday to him. |
ILIDEFI:The fact that some nomadic criminals do it doesn't exonerate Dasuki. Is that too difficult for you to comprehend? |
A Gwagon hit a Suburban and the Gwagon somersaulted? Akwa Ibom witches, I hail una! |
Ezenwammadu:Is he legally entitled to bear unlicensed firearms? Mind you, no one issues licenses for automatic weapons such as those found in his residence. Or you think automatic weapons are like chewing sticks that anyone can own? |
chukwudi44:Let me educate you a little. The law prohibits civilians being in possession (not just owning) of firearms without a gun license signed by the Commissioner of Police. Mind you, the license issued are for non self-loading rifles and even at that, the licenses are issued as hunting and game licenses. As a retired Colonel, Dasuki is now a civilian therefore, it is criminal for him to be found in possession of a rifle. Also,, the rifles found in his possession were the automatic sort and not eligible for license. Mind you, the office of the NSA by the creation of statute doesn't make its occupier eligible to own unlicensed firearms. |
SIGE: ![]() U wicked o! |
Nigeria's major problem isn't the criminals, its the police. This is because the crimes committed daily by policemen are more than those they are preventing. |
Fayose commissions musical instruments? Let him keep playing political ludo with the lives of Ekiti people. |
Shalomdee:The first part of your post says a lot about your upbringing. |
Lol. Fayose went to commission a road and there are no pictures of the road, just him in a lorry. Dude is just playing political ludo with the development of Ekiti. Nothing to show, nothing done. |
The hospital should have a properly signed consent form. If they didn't sign anything. Sue them. All the doctors that were involved in the medical procedure shoukd b dragged before the medical doctors' body for professional misconduct. No doctor does such a complex medical procedure without a properly signed consent form. For the injection administered and being unconscious against her consent, she should write a petition straight to the IGP against the hospital, the doctors and her sister for kidnapping and attempted murder. Next, she should request for a DNA test to be conducted on the kids. Upon receipt of the results, the lady should demand custody of the kids. Alternatiely, let her get a proper lawyer to write all these in a letter to them and request for 100M settlement each from the hospital and her sister for the emotional torture caused her. Any of the above would get her far more than 3M in out of court settlement. |
OP, I'm a male lesbian. introduce a lesbian to me let me discuss with her. I promise to cure her of her lesbianism. Meanwhile, the OP and other CU students at the party, una well done! |
Op, she is trying to tell you that your mouth needs environmental sanitation. |
Very good. When Nigerians are properly taxed, maybe we won't be defending thieves that steal our common patrimony just because we belong to the same tribes with them. |
Caracta:Read my post with an open mind. |
The energy and time used in constructing that signpost should have been channeled into building a proper toilet. Using angels to threaten worshippers. Speaks volumes of the kind of mindset in that assembly. |
PDP has been reduced to a wailing club throwing infantile tantrums. Whenever PDP cries, it means Nigerians are getting a good deal. |
In 1993, Ogun State Produced Ernest Shonekan the head of the Interim National Government. Between 1999-2007, Ogun State Produced the President. Obasanjo In 2008 or so, Ogun State Produced the Speaker of the HOR. Dimeji Bankole Between the three posts mentioned above, none of them constructed a single bridge in Ogun State. In fact, it was this present Governor that constructed the first pedestrian bridge in Ogun State. Due to the bad roads leading to Ota Farm, Obasanjo flew by helicopters to his farm. In fact, the first place he was pelted with sachet water was at Ogun State. Guess what he did? He stopped his convoy, came down, picked up the sachet water and threw it back. When Dimeji Bankole was the Speaker, he after delay of more than 3 years managed to lobby FERMA to complete Ota bridge started ages ago. On the day of the commissioning, Obasanjo, Dimeji and Gbenga Daniel were dragging over who should commission it. When elections came, OBJ's daughter lost her Senate seat, Dimeji Bankole was beaten like a drum and Gbenga Daniel's protege was trounced. Go to Ogun State today and see what Amosun is doing. I don't blow people's trumpets, but the guy is trying. Why am I saying this, performance of the occupant of an office matters more than where he is coming from. It would take some set of people light years to understand this as primordial sentiments matter more to them than common sense, but the best people to explain this are Otuoke people. Otuoke produced GEJ, but he was such a disgrace that as after he left office, there is no potable water and the roads are atrocious. As for PMB, he should let wisdom guide him in his dealings. Even if doing something good, if not done fairly and justly, there would be problems. "Let not your good be evil spoken of." |
midolian:When would Fayose start commisioning completed projects and stop playing political ludo with the lives of Ekiti people? |
jaymichael:Ologbon lo le ye. |
