Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State Friday appointed a 72-year old Carpenter and illiterate, Mr Olatunde Afolayan as the caretaker chairman of Moba Local Government.

Fayose, also sworn in members of the State Independent Electoral Commission, headed by a retired Chief Judge of the State, Justice Kayode Bamisile , to be able to conduct local government elections before the end of the year.

After administering the oaths on the appointees, Fayose told President Muhammadu Buhari to remove Mrs Amina Zakari as the Acting Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, while also urging him to be  equitable  in appointing the National Electoral Commissioners.

The beat is decent, but the lyrics killed any kind of goodwill the beat and production might have brought. The other verses by Idris Elba (Driis) and Shadow Boxer are not bad, but nothing wowing!

Like I said earlier, D’banj is one of the greats, and nothing will make me happier than seeing him really mount an epic comeback, but if he continues to release stuff like this, I’m afraid it might be time to hang it up, and go upper management.

1, Business name now is 19k in CAC website.. But I charge 30k including delivery...

2, inactive business name can activated when u go to CAC office yourself and see if there are outstanding arrears you Av to pay... This is common in limited liability company and NGo or trustees...

3, Business name don't Av annual fee.. Only restricted to LLC , NGO, or trustees..

4, Changing your nature of business means u are uttering your company's objectives in your memo.. It cost 10k to get a new memo.. But I charge 20k for this including delivery. .

Business names actually file annual returns also. It is however lesser than that paid by other forms of businesses.
