Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Ondo State arrested eleven oil bunkers dealing in illegal diversion of Premium Motor Spirit
(PMS), or petrol, over the weekend.The corps said the culprits were apprehended at different locations in the State with branded petrol trucks containing 153,000 liters used to convey the products without waybills.
Adeyinka Ayinla, the State Commandant of the corps, told SaharaReporters that some of the criminals were nabbed with 'DAF Forte oil branded trucks' used in perpetrating the crime.
Mr. Ayinla said one of the trucks was nabbed with 40,000 liters of petroleum in Onipetesi on the Ore-Lagos-Benin expressway, Odigbo Local Government Area (LGA) of Ondo State.
