Let's do this. I never knew that while everything were green on my leaving Nantes, that my phone isn't giving a go ahead order. I was almost frustrated. The Hauwei product nearly disappointed me. Not long after we left Nantes that the phone switched off. The sudden trip off isn't something new to me, but I wonder what will make a less than a year Hauwei phone to develop such fault. I tried everything possible and was already preparing a plan B when I get to Paris in other to avoid being stranded at the station. But thanks to God who didn't allow my Guardian Angel to stay far from me. After I left it and was thinking about the next plan, I decided to try to power it again and this time around, it came up. The plan B was to get a new phone at the station .

Let's leave pictures from La Defense till night. The darker it is in Nigeria, the brighter the pictures. ![]() Just to inform you, I am in Paris and everything went smoothly |
I got to Charles De Gaulle Etoile and changed to M1, headed to La Defense. Now, La Defense is the Industrial Hub of Paris. Main Paris region do not have high rise buildings. High rise buildings housing the headquarters of top companies in France are located in La Defense. In La Defense, you will find the headquarters of EDF, Energie, Total, etc. Also, there's this tall gate-like structure in La Defense called Grande Arche. It's very huge and the black spots you see are actually humans. It was difficult to capture the entire structure in a single shot, so I had to move a bit backwards

We got to Paris MontPannase station by 11:49am. I got down and went to the underground metro station. I took M6 to Charles De Gaulle Etoile. Pictures shows the underground metro while I waited for the arrival of M6

In 11 minutes time, I will leave Nantes, for the first time on my own after 10 months of studies. Uploading is taking time, maybe I will wait until I get to Paris and set down
|
It's currently a sunny day, and the sun looks good in Nantes. Pictures are too large to load, nairaland delaying uploads.

Ladies and gentlemen, the trip to Paris is in progress. I will be leaving Nantes by 11:40 Paris Time, that is 10:40 Nigerian time. It's a 2hrs journey via speed train, InOuigo. I left my house this morning at exactly 10:09 Paris time via Tram 2, Gare Pontrosseau, a 20 minutes ride to Commerce, the city center, then took another Tram, Tram 1 Ranzay, in a 3 minutes ride to the train station

Deepocean:Thanks brother. I will be careful but not too careful and my guardian Angel will be with me also. I hope they aren't as described. As for Barbara, she's still free and open bro . Thanks for the input. |
Since no one asked for participant number 6. I will still present him ![]() The good pictures from the Canon Camera are too large and nairaland keeps telling me they are too large and can't be uploaded here. So bad
|
Lol, you guys are funny. So the ladies have already been shared? ![]() You all should remain that I know nothing. Tomorrow, I will be visiting Paris, so in advance we should be on the lookout for detailed pictorial description of my journey to Paris. I have been told to be very or say extremely careful in Paris and to live in the moment with my Phones, ATM, or other items that could be snatched at the station, in the bus, and tram. Parisians, could you please confirm this and provide tips on moving around in Paris? To that effect, Lagos mode will be activated while in Paris ![]() I can't upload pictures some pictures because they are too large

Deltayankeeboi:Thanks bro. I will just wait until I can afford it. I don't know any yahoo guys let alone having one. I will look at the attached link. Thanks bro. |
Deltayankeeboi:Where bro? The last time I checked their store here in Nantes, it costs about 1k euros. |
Brokeloser:Netflix bro. I finished Money Heist last night by 3am. Lol |
Finally, we ended the day in a Thai restaurant. I can't exactly say what it felt like eating what I ordered. However, one thing I can say is that I wasn't enjoying it but it has to finish or atleast reduce it in order to minimize waste of money. It's also shocking to see how the restaurant is one of the most patronized restaurant in Nantes. Each time I pass through that place, its always filled with people, mostly whites. Now, if they enjoy tasty foods, I see no reason why there are no African restaurants in Nantes. Nigerian dishes should be categorized as "most wanted" if what the fvck I ate yesterday tastes sweet to many people. All of us actually shared same opinion on this.

Ladies time. When we all met, I phone was relegated to my pocket Obviously, one with iPhone 11 pro is majority. So all these pictures were taken with Arnold's iPhone 11 pro. Honestly, the camera is very good, or say extremely good. One day, I will have free 1.1k euros to get some of these latest iPhones. The pictures taken with Babara's camera is still being processed. You can expect to have here littered with pictures.

How it all started Like I explained previously. We are just a group of ECOWAS citizens in Nantes; all students. I met many of them for the first time yesterday. The plan was to explore France during this summer. When we do things together, we experience a happy moment with a lesser budget. Since weather prevented us from going to Pornic beach, we went for plan B, a Kayaking ride. Babara planned it and it was perfect. Security first; participants wore life jacket
